Pros: We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite and felt treated very well! Always friendly and forthcoming to our requests.

Cons: the only hick-up was the service at the first night at the restaurant where we waited about an hour for our main dish. They apologized very much and also did not charge us for the main dishes.

100% recommend for anyone wanting a get away and relaxing break.

Pros: This hotel was amazing! I love all the art and the contrast with the architecture of the entire house. The staff was so nice, they help us with the best tips to visit around the island. Food was WOW, incredible. We have most of our meals inside the hotel Spa, room, pool, really comfy.

Cons: Getting to The Refugi, private hotel area to get to Es Trenc Beach, it's complicated, instructions are not clear. However, the hotel charged 40 each. It's just a road to get to Es Trenc so I recommend to get to the beach as everybody do and save those 40/p

Very relaxing venue and great homebase to explore the south east of Mallorca

Pros: I do recommend this hotel! Spacious outdoors with beautiful swimming pools, and multiple nooks to retreat and relax. The cheaper rooms in the old building are better in my opinion. They have large ceilings and are in good shape. Snacks and drinks available during the day are delicious. Breakfast buffet is rich and provides savoury as well as healthy options.

Cons: The venue charges a steep price. I was happy with my stay. However for the price there are some issues that need voicing. - Having been here before, I really do not like the question, if this is my first time to Mallorca. At such a hotel I expect to be welcomed back not greeted a first time visitor. - A few years back I wittnessed an accident happening at the pool. A person slipped on the wet floor, got a little side table between their legs, stumbled, fell and broke their arm. After the accident the little table ware removed in places where they could be a hazard. Now they were back. Hope nobody gets injured again. - Dinner was rather disappointing. The venue is beautiful, tholugh my friends felt stressed due to the constant noise of the road behind the hotel walls. However the food pretended to be high cuisine while actually being rather bland. There are multiple restaurants 15 minutes car drive away that provide a much better choice, especially for the steep price. For example: a fish that was baked in salt crust should at least have a slightly salted taste. This only goes for the dinner. Snacks during the day and breakfast are great.

A wonderful stay in a top quality small hotel. Fantastic quality attention to detail in all aspects.

Pros: Lots of space to relax in a beautiful setting. Great spa. Wonderful staff. Superb accommodation. Delicious food.

Cons: Slight noise from the road but only by one of the pools and only when the wind blew from that direction.

Pros: The hotel is stunning. The service was immaculate - the hotel manager came to meet us outside the hotel, we chatted over the welcome ros cava. Amazing room, pool and breakfast.

Cons: Food wasnt that great Beds werent comfortable Management werent willing to give me a 1 hr late checkout (1pm). They said it was cuz the room was booked but when i checked booking.com i found availability for the same room on that same day.
