Was a nice stay . And is a lovely hotel great location and lovely staff

Pros: Breakfast was actually really nice . Location was excellent can't fault that

Cons: One person in pool bar serving . Mattress in room was very hard and there was a leak in a room from the bathroom above us . There was water everyday but we didn't know from where it came from so we just cleaned it ourselves . Realised it was coming from room upstairs when they showered. We stayed in 709 . Maybe a bit more choice of food for dinner

Pros: Excellent location and lovely staff. Entertainment around the pool was quite loud but entertaining. Food was good in the restaurant and as we arrived late they left us some food and a bottle of water which was very thoughtful.

Cons: We booked a twin room and got a double disabled room.

Cons: Didnt seem like the pool was heated, which I thought the pool at the Flash was . Entertainment guy round pool was great , but sometimes music a bit loud when just relaxing.

Honest and disappointing review of Flash.

Pros: Bar downstairs, perfect location. Frankie pool side entainment 11 to.3 was good but only when he had enough people. If it was quite he did not do anything. Breakfast was the best meal. But still not hot.

Cons: Room was dirty balcony screen, shower screen and mirrors were dirty and streaky. Tap in bathroom was covered in limescale and dirt. The plug hole full of hair. Bath towels were small and all had stains on Floors were never swept. Wood on units was all splitting. Sea view was very limited as blocked by buildings Communal areas also dirty, with rubbish left in lift for several days and no soap in the toilet near restaurant.for 3 days. Food was bland and never hot. Miss labelled meat, turkey as pork and pork as turkey. I am.def not a fussy eater but I struggled to make a meal from what was on offer. Pool toilets were faded and scagged. Sunbeds were old and sagging. After 3pm no more sun by pool. Had to pay extra for cups, which we could then keep !! Why ? We booked Be Unique room but also had to pay for pool towels, safe and tea and coffee, which was had to ask to be replenished. We were looking forward to this hotel, but were very disappointed. Definitely not what I would.class as a 4 star. Should have paid more attention to the bad reviews.

Pros: The staff were wonderful ,the food was lovely and the service was spot on

Cons: Only issue was my roommate moved into another room and got one cheaper for the stay but I had to pay the full amount for my room which I thought they could have done something for me

Ok for a 4star

Pros: Loved the 2 double beds. Excellent aircon. Plenty of storage.

Cons: Shower over the bath not good if you have mobility problems. No bath mat. Very noisy from outside even with the doors shut sounded like it was open. Restaurant very cramped, only had breakfast but very basic for a 4star.

Pros: So close to everything & staff were so lovely especially Javier the receptionist & Frankie the entertainment guy
