The staff were great breakfast was excellent and when we realised that it was less than a 10 minute walk from Partignone

Cons: Swimming pool was closed. Property had water damage on carpet and ceiling in few hallways. Some parts looked run down. Location was far from Florence centre and trains only ran every 40mins or so making it difficult to travel quickly

I took a month-long trip through Italy, staying in many hotels, and this was by far the worst.

Pros: I Didn't like it at all!!!

Cons: I didn't like it at all, there was fungus on the ceilings, our shower was blocked the first day, there is no air conditioning, only normal air (warm at this time), the room looked like an hospital room, everything is old, it needs an urgent renovation. We wanted to leave and on top of that they charged for one of the remaining nights of the reservation, even when we notified them in advance. I don't recommend it at all!!!

Pros: The breakfast choice

Cons: The room was old dated and had stains on the floor in the bathroom. This is a 4 star hotel which in reality has 2 star facilities and is in need of a renovation.

Pros: The room was a good size.

Cons: The hallway upon entering smelled of smoke. The AC worked and after 2 hours began leaking on the floor, and continued all night. The shower doors did not keep water in, and it made a mess.

Pros: Pretty nice hotel restaurant, staff speaking fluent english, close to higway, 10 mins by foot to train station leading to Florence

Cons: Altough 4 it is very worn out - electricity apliances in room damaged!, while taking shower the water was somehow flooding the floor around the insulation and almost did not flushed away from the shower sink, toilet was not flushing properly, bathroom so small that you can wash your head in shower while using toilet, water in pool was somehow dirty and the edges of the pool need a repair, pool area is just close to Carrefour technical zone, so all the a/c coming from that store makes a loud noice, area is full of shops/storing places and nothing interesting to see or do in the evening.

Pros: we stay int this 9/5/23 and 9/14/23, the first time we find out tv and A/C not working, I request to fix it. they fix tv right away and for A/C took them 24 hours and several times requested. second time, TV not working again and no phone in the room.
