Cons: Lack of consideration and acknowledgment received from management regarding our complaints. We initially booked a" queen room with a sea view," which was bigger and had more storage space ,a shower , a bigger bed, and so on, based on our last stay. I modified my booking on booking.com from a studio to a queen room .While communicating with the property, at no point did the staff mention that there was no such thing as a queen room . Upon checking in, we received a studio room with sea view , which was small and cramped. The room was situated under the deck. We were made fools by management, and i feel like we were misled by the property staff. We complained to the receptionist when we got to the room ,however we were told there is nothing he can do as the hotel is fully booked and this studio room with sea view is what we booked . This upset us because we pre booked the room and paid in full way before our arrival, and we should have been given what we expected, if not this should have been communicated to me during all of my communications with the property prior to our stay . The room had a number of cochroaches and an odor, which was that of a sewer line . We managed to get pictures. At first, we thought it was just one cochroache crawling out from underneath the bed, but the next day, we found more in the bathroom and the room , we showed the cleaner ,I believe she reported it to the front desk staff but at no point did we receive any feedback. Saturday night the 9th of March, my husband and I were relaxing, he stood outside the patio and there was a guy urinating from the deck onto our patio ,which splashed on my husband and the room curtains.
