Cons: One of the cleaning staff hit my brand new 2023 Camaro that I've had less than 8 months and put a dent in the bumper Schmidt p the manager there offered me $50 to fix my $50,000 car I just got doing estimates and have sent him over all the information of yet to hear from him

Pros: Beds were fairly comfortable. This is a great area to stay. Close to everything. Staff was friendly when we arrived

Cons: Our room smelled like cigarettes. If this was a smoking room, we should have been informed. It was BAD!!! The room also smelled like mildew and mold. I was half sick the entire stay. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. There was something orange stuck to the ceiling above the TV. The mold and mildrew on the bathroom walls was gross and obvious. My blowdryer was missing from the wall. I asked the office staff for one and they were supposed to bring it but never did. The glass tray from our microwave was missing as well. The kids in the room above our room were up and extremely noisy until after midnight. The next morning they were banging and running, stomping and noisy again beginning at 5:30 AM. I would not chose this hotel again and believe. I would have complained to the office but was unable to reach them when I tried to call a couple of different times. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Pros: The gentleman who checked us in was so kind.

Cons: Our lock to our door was broken, the fire alarm was falling off the wall, the elevator was overdue for an inspection, there was loud music and screaming all night. It was awful.

Worst hotel stay ever. Won’t...

Pros: Close to Opryland.

Cons: The first room smelled like smoke. The front door of the next room looked kicked in, and the frame was broken. Both rooms had broken locks. There was damage to the walls and ceilings, and one bed had a broken box spring. When we called before booking, we were told the breakfast consisted of toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice and muffins. When we went to breakfast, there was only some cereal, one gallon of milk, almost gone, and slices of white and wheat bread. When the milk ran out, they took the cereal away, leaving only bread, and breakfast was still for another 45 minutes. Also, when we asked about it, the front desk clerk was extremely rude about it, acting as if we shouldn’t expect anything more.

Cons: The property was run down. There was a lot of trash along the outside. The room had an odd smell and the carpet and walls were in poor condition. The comforter on one of the beds had cigarette burn holes. I couldn’t get my tv to turn off, and my friend’s tv wouldn’t turn on. The keys stopped working at least once each day, which required a trip to the desk each time to have them reactivated.

Pros: I have stayed there before and LOVE the location for what I’m traveling for.

Cons: The 1st room I had had no electricity. Burn mark and stains on the comforters. The 2nd room still had stains that I didn’t complain about and the carpet felt dirty.
