Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Meraki. The overall experience was great - the staff is very friendly, it is clean and the food is good. Small issues occurred during our stay which were solved very quickly. Our feedback was valued and implemented immediately. There are many options to participate in activities during the day or parties at night. If you do not want to participate no one is forcing you, the animation team is not intrusive at all. For the night we recommend to bring ear plugs, if you dont want to party as the music is very loud. One again I would like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff. All in all price and performance match and we can recommend a stay.

Lively resort with great food!

Pros: The resort is beautiful, with different beach spots and pools to choose from. They also have activities such as wind surfing and snorkeling. But the best part is absolutely the food: eating at the buffet was never boring, it felt like an amazing feast every day, with plenty of options for all tastes and diets (I am vegan and I could always fill my plate with different things!). The service is 10/10, and our room keeper Alea took good care of us every day!

Cons: Every night theres a different party, so if you want to sleep be prepared to hear noise till 1-2am. Our room was nice but general maintenance could be improved.

Pros: The staff (including the chef, cleaners, general, hotel, staff, front, reception, waiters, and vendors) were so delightful, friendly and kind. We loved the facilities at this resort, including the amazing, clear and clean beach, the pools, the amazing food (the best food we have ever eaten at a resort). We loved the options available at this resort, we loved the gym (both indoor and outdoors). great location.

Pros: Huge end Organized and the activities are amazing and the food is great also the staff are friendly. Food is very delicious and the chef Yusri is one of the most respected and professional chef I have ever seen. For the buffet is very organized and have a different kind of a delicious cuisine made by chef Yusri. Thank you chef Yusri Big thanks to Mr.Hisham and Mr.Nashaat thank you for your hospitality and thanks to all the staff and for sure I will come back again and again.

Pros: The staff was highly professional, I would like to make a tribute to Chief Youssry Mokhtar a very kind talented creative and professional person. The food was super clean varied delicious and healthy. Ossama and Mohamed in the reception were doing a great job to make our stay pleasant. Also I would never forget Mohamed from " 52" house keeping who's always available and professional. Overall, the hotel fits perfectly to those who wants a different experience full of positive vibes, clean and safe place. Moreover, The Egyptian people is kind and very welcoming they make you feel like home. Finally, it's a hotel that I would visit again without any hesitation.

A lot of mediocrity

Pros: The view of the red sea is incredible. Room was clean. The massage I got was wonderful.

Cons: The selection and quality of the food did not meet my expectations. I found that they served the same items repeatedly day after day. I was never wowed by any dish they served. Breakfast was a lot of pastries and breads that they most likely recycle. The pancakes were OK and the omelettes lacked finesse and flavor. Fruit was good but whats hard about serving fruit? Dinner was underwhelming in my opinion. I didnt try the other restaurants for extra pay but the menu selection seemed limited. The burger station was OK, kind of sloppy. The alcohol at this resort is mostly cheap quality liquor and the premium is way over priced. A Chivas runs $24 USD which is outrageous. The front desk also kept calling me and interrupting my sleep just to ask how things were, this happened multiple times. My key card also didnt work twice which was annoying. Once on the beach I was reading and member of the staff came up interrupting to try and sell me on something. Overall they have a lot to learn and I wouldnt return. I would rather pay more for a more refined experience.

Pros: Magical!!!The whole staff is very friendly and quick. Meraki Resort is the best resort that we have visited in Hurghada! Reception is very amazing and helpfull especially Mr Nashaat mananger of the reception. F&B manager Khalid is very helpful and he solved our problem, thanks to him. This is our 3th time in almost 6 months.

Pros: I went to many hotels, but Meraki was different from them in everything and is considered one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The reception's welcome to us was more than wonderful , reception staff provided us with every comfort upon our arrival , rooms were very clean , quality and variety of food was excellent, and there is more than one restaurant inside the hotel. The hotel's dcor was distinctive in a bohemian style, and there was truly attention to detail everywhere. There is a variety of daily activities and different parties every day . Finally, the animation team was the basis of everything ,They were really friendly and helped us in everything , I loved them all very much and I hope to see them again. Meraki is truly a wonderful experience that deserves to happen again.

Our worst experience ever as a Suite guest

Pros: We love the Suite, entertainment, the beach and pool, evening concerts, Asian and Felucca restaurant, Spa massage, housekeeping services.

Cons: Breakfast at main restaurant was terrible, we only went for breakfast once and we didn't wanted to come back, it was extremely busy, dirty tables, employees were super busy and no bar service available at that moment inside the restaurant. We ask the restaurant host that we were from Suite " Party never ends 8000' and we ask for an available table, he told us to choose one table, even though all tables were dirty, and nobody came to check on us, we had to remove the dirty dishes from previous guest by ourselves and we had to go to the bar next to reception in order to get our own drinks, nobody bring us coffee, definitely a terrible breakfast experience. We went to guest services because we lost a black t-shirt by the pool area and at that moment the towel station was closed, we ask in guest services for the lost and found report and guest services inform us to go to towel station next day and to speak with them instead of own the problem and get back to us in case our missing item is found. We wanted to change dollars in small denominations but Guest services never had enough change, we had to change with the bar staff members instead. Bar staff members, most of them were not happy with their jobs, they complain about their salary which is 100 USD per month. We were impact because they work very hard. We are used to leave a tip for every drink and we felt that the bar staff were hunting is and constantly telling us that if we need something inside or outside the resort just to let them know. Bar staff constantly offer us any kind of drugs such Marijuana and other illegal drugs, we didn't want to put anybody on trouble but this is not a 4 start resort. Bar staff didn't wanted us to give them a tip in front of other bar staff members because they will need to put it in the Tip box in order to share it, reason why the bar staff were following us wherever we were in the resort so we can give them a tip for themselves, what ashame.

Amazing resort with the most welcoming people

Pros: Its a beautiful hotel. The staff is very attentive, super helpful and extremely friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here. The food in all restaurants was very tasty. I highly recommend staying here. We loved our stay here. We were a group of 3 ladies and they have treated us like the royalty.

Cons: There is nothing I didnt like. I was very sad to leave. I wish I would have stayed longer.
