Lovely warm welcome and comfortable...

Pros: Lovely modern lobby and bar area as you first walk into the property, The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and this was probably my best nights sleep off all the places I stayed in my week in Ireland.

Cons: Was a little noisy from bars/pubs outside but that’s to be expected

Cons: Despite booking a triple room with 3 single beds, upon arrival, we were informed that the room was no longer available. Instead, we were given an additional room to accommodate us, which was inconvenient but manageable. However, the problems didn't end there. We were awakened at 8:45 by the noise of hammering and construction work directly above our room, which was incredibly disruptive. It was clear that maintenance was underway, which should have been communicated to guests prior to their arrival. To make matters worse, upon using the toilet, I was greeted by a horrendous smell and discovered that the ceiling was leaking yellow water (urine) directly onto my toiletries, including expensive creams and hair products, ruining them completely. This was not only unpleasant but also unacceptable. Considering that only half of the hotel rooms had been renovated as advertised online, it's disappointing that we were placed in dirty rooms that were not up to standard. Overall, my experience at this hotel was marred by inconvenience, noise disturbance, and unsanitary conditions. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed and resolved
