Good enough for one stay...

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Staff informed me that I booked a full bed, which I appreciated, and instead changed it to a king bed. The location was decent and the lobby was clean and tidy. This was decent enough for one overnight stay only. Would not stay here more than that.

Cons: We were put in a part of the hotel that seemed like it was strictly for longterm guests with dogs. The hallway stank horrifically because of this. The smell was similar to a dog with a severe ear infection (speaking from experience) and there was hair all over the carpet. Everytime we had to pass by we had to hold our breath because it was that bad. I just wish we would've been asked if that was ok, or warned. The price of the hotel was too pricey in my opinion for what we got.

Pros: I loved the little Kitchens in each room so I could cook a meal if I wanted to.

Cons: We were missing a mattress for the sofa bed and there weren’t any sheets for that bed as well..

Pros: There was no breakfast

Cons: I guess the thing I didn't like the most was the bullet that came through the wall.And landed above my head above the window Where I was sitting on the bed if I'd been standing.I wouldn't be here writing this right now..That was my least favorite of the stay.The second least favorite was when they gave me a different room below a bunch of crackheads running back and forth all night Where it sounded like they were remodeling The room moving the furniture around.When I asked for another room, they sent me back to the side where the police said.Do not stay on this side which they didn't inform any of their guests. The third thing that I didn't like the most was when I asked for yet another room with no one above me, so I could get some sleep.They locked my belongings in my room before i could get out my stuff. When I ask if I could go to an upstairs place so no one was above me or anything that's not on the side where the violence Took place they wanted to upcharge me. I stayed where i was at. Numerous calls to the front desk to stop the ongoing noise was met with No answer not even one time.We are not dealing with the brightest. The human touch is gone. This place is a trash heap full of violence. I almost died staying at this location. I highly recommend if you value your life.Don't go anywhere near this place. When I ask if there would be any kind of rebate or discount to my stay on checking out. They did not apologize.They did not say sorry.They just said corporate has to handle it.We don't handle anything here.Corporate sent me an invoice and gave me a little over a $100 off on my bill.No apology.No, we're sorry that you almost died.Nothing just a hundred dollars off. The owners and employees care nothing about their guests.Or their stay or their comfort.Or their safety avoid this place at all costs.It's not worth it.

Cons: Well there was shooting inside the hotel the morning we checked out. Area is a little sketchy.

Cons: N0 kitchen utensils, no ironing board, holes in walls, roaches, scoffed furniture, curtains had strains, telephone did not work. Staff was not useful in correcting complains and issues.

Cons: Where do I start, how about with the front desk who refused to let me tell them I already paid and they charged my credit card another $850 and I kept telling the woman at the front desk both charges are there and not going away. “Finally someone charged my card back for me” I put it in quotes because it took two calls and I finally got it back this morning after a week. Good thing I’m not like the rest of the people living there. There are bugs it’s loud and obnoxious there and people smoke in their rooms and it’s a no smoking hotel my room stunk!

Pros: Very ugly, the place wasn't clean and it smelled bad. I didn't like the place where homeless people roam around and they laying around in front the entrance. Very bad place to stay, sorry to say.

Pros: Easy check in, friendly staff

Cons: Property is a total mess inside and out, trash and homeless are camped outside on the side of building. Walking in theres a bad smell of trash and pet urine,that continues in the hall way.The first room we checked into was on the 3rd floor and it was a whole messy situation. Couch and chairs were filthy. 2 of the lights were not working. We called the front desk to let them know, and they gave us another room. Which was a little better. However it was not much improvement.All in all they need to improve on cleanliness.
