    Overall it was nice

    Pros: Location is great!! The rooms are nice and spacious and the layout is great.Good value for money.Pretty nice and quiet overall. They have an outdoor pool and a pond across the road so that’s nice to go walk around. I would stay again.
    Cons: The fact that this facility had signs in a lot of places saying no smoking inside but I still smelled smoke while in the halls. Also the rooms need a little update, plugs fixed, new sofa couch maybe. Also the drink vending machine always rips me off,I put money in and get nothing( I've tried 3x)

    Pros: Hot Breakfast consist of instant oatmeal - the only option!!! Pool was closed, no hair dryer, had to wait on staff every time visiting front desk. Never anyone at the desk, no matter what time it was. Ask for a refund as I checked out three days early, no one would ever respond. Lost a ton of money but no way I was staying there any longer.

    Very Poor

    Pros: I tried to use customer service to with reschedule with this hotel or get my money back because I became sick prior to arrival. I had purchased the plan protection.
    Cons: Zero customer service. I never arrived. Waste of money.

    Horrible, never recommend this!

    Pros: not much
    Cons: no cups to drink from, bathroom had no place to put your personal items-nowhere, floors were sticky, no furniture in the room, had to use a foldout sofa to put my things on, front desk barely ever attended and staff couldn't access computer, only manager could, difficult to access, in order to go left , you had to turn right go 1 mile and had to turn around.

    Uncomfortable and disappointing

    Pros: Location. Thats it.
    Cons: We waited over 10 minutes to see front desk staff to check in. On arrival they did not have our room ready ( 9pm ) they gave us our shower curtain and bedding in a trash bag so we could finish setting up the room ourselves. Our room had a broken table, broken refrigerator, broken sofa bed, and lots more damage, gym was taped off with plastic sheeting, breakfast was terrible. I thought I was just scoring a good deal on a third party app. It was definitely a get what you pay for it worse scenario. Do not stay here!

    Pros: Great staff spacious room!
    Cons: Closed gym and laundry! Gave the wrong survey for Town Ctr location. Dont book for Extended Stay Town Ctr EVER!!! Horrible staff small rooms and very mediocre and lots of drugs!!! Holes in walls and doors.

    Pros: Location and the room.
    Cons: They only had chocolate chip muffins for breakfast, no fruit or juice anything. They only have one person to do everything as in front desk clerk do front desk and laundry and everything else.

    Very disappointing

    Pros: The property itself is nice. The lobby looks very classy.
    Cons: The front desk staff acted like we were bothering her when we checked in. Dirty shirt, like she just got out of bed. When we first got to the room it didn’t seem too bad, but then….bugs in the bed, toilet leaking, smoke detector hanging off the wall, outlets falling out of the wall, sticky floor, dirty tub, the ‘complementary’ shampoo bottle was half full. Checking out…staff never asked how everything was, just took my room keys and that was that. Yes, it’s not a 5-star hotel, I understand that, but do better!
