    Very poor customer service from Booking.com will NEVER book another stay with them.

    Cons: Booking.com charged full price me to make the reservation and upon arrival the merchant charged me for the stay advising me that the amount that Booking.com would automatically refund the full amount to my credit card. It took me over a month and eight phone calls to rectify this issue and still Booking.com wanted to deduct over a third of my advance payment for cancelling a reservation that I kept and only added one additional day to my stay.

    Overall, it wasnt what I expected and will not be staying here again.

    Cons: The rooms were nasty. They room I had room 323 was missing drawers. There was a huge stain on the carpet that looked like they didnt try to clean up. The dresser wasnt wiped down.

    Booking. Com booked a full hotel. Left us outside late searyfor rooms. Now, there is all of this extra to get a refund.

    Cons: Common areas were unclean TV remote did not work No utensils Noisy past 11pm Limited breakfast choices -oatmeal and coffee, the water for tea and the instant oatmeal was not hot.

    Pros: Absolutely Nothing! There is no zero so I can't give a zero for this however my room was not supposed to be rented. Me and my fiance got to the room late so we did not realize how bad it was until we went to the bathroom early in the morning. All of the floors were dirty and we had to sleep in our clothes in a chair. The bathroom was disgusting there was hair and there seemed to be urine everywhere the toilet was like a porter potty and there weren't any toiletries. The walls were nasty none of the appliances were working and came to find out when we spoke to management that arrived in the morning that the room was not supposed to be rented out. So the night shift knew this and gave me that deplorable room anyway. I have a bite on my arm and eye that I noticed after I left. I was charged for two nights although I stayed one. Management stated I would receive a full refund which I haven't received. Now I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit company. The Southfield Board of Health should be fined hefty for letting this place still be in operation.
