Superb, relaxing stay with my family in a unique setting.

Pros: Beautiful setting, great pool and spa and the main waterfalls were amazing. We walked down to them after dinner and had an incredible experience.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Cons: A single duvet cover on a king bed to share between 2 people! Pool areas are very run down. The public hot springs should not be better than the hotel that you are paying for! The flies are unreal, really bad!

Pros: The hot spring pool

Cons: Everything was super dirty, abandoned and some facilities were simply not working. The shower was disgusting, with hair from other people, mirrors and ALL windows were dirty, flor with dirt as well. We checked in (we had to wait for an hour as the room was not ready) and when we got to the room we did not have towels, they brought them after waiting for more than 30min. Pool areas were also ALL dirty with some animal poop. You pay a lot for what you get.

Great stay at the hot pring for a day.

Pros: The location next to the hot spring and the setting. Staff was nice and attentive, good breakfast. The best is the public hot spring, which has nothing to do with the hotel, but gives you early morning access.

Cons: The best years of the hotel are some years back. The rooms need more maintenance and refurbishment. As well the common spaces.

Nice facilities and location but certain staff (not all) need to cheer up.

Pros: Hotel is in a nice location and the facilities are very nice. Breakfast on the balcony is very scenic.

Cons: We found a stray puppy on the premises. We provided water for the puppy but when we tried to ask for help from the hotel we were waved off and they refused to do anything. Wouldnt even provide a bowl for the water. Very judgemental and dismissive which in all honesty ruined our last day at the hotel. We were extremely disappointed in their reaction especially when they seem to help stray cats at the hotel.

Just go to the hot springs for an hour and skip the hotel

Pros: The restaurant staff in the buffet were nice and they had good food. Also the location was nice. The front desk staff seemed nice as well.

Cons: I made a whole list for this because there were so many issues: * Too many flies near the pools, no bait traps to remove some of the flies anywhere * Regular cold pool had no towels or staff most of the time * My room had no body towels or hand towels or slippers and the little tubes of shower gel/body soap were opened already * No complimentary water or any refreshments in reception for people waiting. I paid a lot to stay here, at least give me a tiny bottle of water while I wait to check in * Check in online said 2pm but I was only allowed to check in near 2:30pm and the room was dirty so I dont know what they were doing * Bedsheets were dirty, it had dead bugs on it. Asked for the sheets to be changed twice and they did nothing except brush the bugs off the sheets * Parts of the building have no wifi * They didnt change the bed sheets after I checked out * Bathroom smells like sewage and shower had a little bit of mold

Pros: Great location and nice hotel, we had a nice room and a good view

Cons: We felt that it was a little expensive and somewhat in the middle of nowhere, we had a rental car so it was ok to get to for us.

Cons: The fact that you have to pay extra to use the spa (not talking about massages etc., u can't enter the place and the poll without paying even though u r the guest)

Pros: The beds are so comfortable. Very clean. Just loved the thermal swimming pool, the Waterfalls and the ability to relax on a 2 month trip. Food was very good. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding.

Amazing Hot Springs waterfall

Pros: Decor and ambience of the hotel. The different types of seating in the lobby, also swing seats, the library with it's tall chairs, books and chess, the lighting along the corridor, etc made the hotel unique. Spacious and comfortable room. Large bathroom with separate bath and huge walk in shower. The buffet restaurant which also had a seating area on the balcony with a view of the hot springs waterfall, which I was fortunate to be able to enjoy whilst eating my dinner. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious with a variety of options. Your choice of omelettes and pancakes are cooked in front of you upon request. I went to the public hot springs and the hotel pool which is water from the spring. I only went into one of the public hot springs and with clothing. The largest public hot spring was occupied only by men at the time so I preferred to use the hotel pool instead. The water is definitely hot. If you want to relax and a stress free environment this place is ideal. There is nothing else in the area and you can only reach this place by car.

Cons: Would have liked a massage at the spa but very expensive. Also would have liked to of had a bath in my nice big bathroom but there was no plug.

Cons: The room felt very unclean, the mirrors were dirty, hair in the sink, had to ask for towels 3x as there was none in the room and the duvet was too small for the bed so our feet hung out the bottom as if it were rotated it we were too close together

One of the best stay, just too short.

Pros: Nice hotel located somewhere in the mountains. Very good view all around, good attraction, and rest in the hot springs in different hotel's locations . Very polite staff, very good plentiful breakfast, big room with kind of outdated furniture, but in our opinion it brings it to more coziness and gives an extra charm to the room and hotel itself.

Cons: The bathrooms door in our room had no lock, so to keep the door shut from inside had to hold it by hand. After check-in was done they kept us 45 minutes downstairs until our room was ready. Even then we found no towels, no slippers in the room.
