Once would have been 5 star but not now

Pros: The hydrotherapy circuit whilst overpriced at 30 euro was good The cleaners did the best they could with dated interiors

Cons: This is not 5 star it is a 4 star sliding towards 3 star The coffee at breakfast was from an office style vending machine and the decaf was undrinkable For 5 star I expect coffee or tea to the table and a waiter taking my hot food order Instead a mug on the table and thats it ! The room smelled musty the carpets and soft furnishings through out the hotel need cleaning they all hold a musty smell I was on business / leisure the room is very 80s macho there are hardly any charge points no usb charge points and few surfaces to put anything on instead there are massive lamps that are bulky and unnecessary the room is not conducive to modern working or female needs . The twin room has two tiny single beds I have never seen this before in a 5* As mentioned by reviewers before the heating/ air con is not functioning properly , we were stinking hot even though it was 22 outside and the control doesnt alter that , we were told it had just broken down really ? Whilst the hydrotherapy circuit was good but overpriced the massage was the worse I have ever had and I am a regular ! The pool was closed there is no indoor pool with all this space that is crazy The hotel is being run on hardly any staff as it is only at the weekends it gets full of Spanish weekend guests the rest of the time it is empty and unstaffed The underground car park is charged , why on earth are you paying to go into a near empty car park on the edge of town when you are a paying guest ?

Pros: The hotel was so extremely beautiful!! It was such a pleasure just sitting inside the lobby! The main restaurant was also really great, the service and the food were superb! However, it was closed most of the time during our stay, so we had to use the lobby restaurant which was not as good in comparison. The rooms are huge and extremely comfortable! Overall I really loved this hotel and would stay again!

Cons: The only thing was the location, its quite far from the city and there are almost no restaurants nearby. You have to get a taxi to get into town, which is not so bad but not really convient.

Pros: Amazing rooms, very friendly staff, very clean. The restaurant food was not that great. Very good service there too but the food itself was cery bland and we were a group of 7 and all of us thought the same.

It was pleasant stay. Lucky to have the help from the receptionist which avoid travel trouble.

Pros: This property is with big space not only the public area and also the room. The staffs are friendly both working at the reception and the restaurant. Especially the receptionist was really kind and helpful. My husband lost his backpack in the train. The lady at reception helped to call the train station and also helped to register in the Lost & Found website and release the information. She was really patient to provide help. Finally we had got the backpack back. Really appreciated. The property is very close to Audi where easy to buy fruit, drinks, snacks and so on.

Cons: To the tourist place, it is not a walking distance.
