Pros: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The view from the room was also good. The AC did not work well and that is the only problem with the room. Everything else was great.

Cons: The AC in the room did not work. The room was warm even though it was only March. So, staying in the hotel in summer would be a bad option. I had to open the window and sleep.

Pros: Good and friendly staff, quick check-in to the room. Clean and spacious room.very beautiful sunsets can be spent on the roof of the hotel. If you like to walk to the center you can walk to the center in 30 minutes, there is a nearby transport that can also bring you to the center.

Cons: For a 4* rated hotel it felt more like a 2.5* at best. Maybe this is due to time of year? No kettle or coffee/tea station in room, no water out or available unless went to restaurant to get a drink. No clear phone numbers to reach reception unless you had a phone to scan a QR code. Plugs near bed side didnt work - phone had to be plugged in the other side of room on an evening (more so less convenient). Asked for Iron, Ironing board and kettle - stated I could come down to reception from the 18th floor to collect. For a 4*, I would have expected them to drop off to room? Collected from reception on way back in from shops. With a bag in each hand, they then gave me to kettle and iron and board. Looking at each other with me struggling to hold everything eventually offered to take the board haha. I couldnt even hit the elevator button properly and the girl was stood beside me. Get to room - instead of opening or offering to help, put ironing board down and said goodbye - I had to put the kettle, iron bags and board to the side whilst I opened door - then drag the items in as the door shuts Under own weight. Throughout laughing to myself on a 4* rating. Breakfast: basic but fresh and filling, thankfully a decent coffee machine. Swimming pool closed due to time of year; gym small but enough to do something rather than nothing. Taxi booking: Asked for taxi booking for 1000hrs. Taxi did not arrive until 1021 - although not hotel fault directly, alternate company may have been able to be contacted to make airport timings.
