    it was a short stay,...

    Pros: The room's comfortable beds. It was small but cozy. TV working well.
    Cons: the bed lights was not functioning, toilet leaks and water goes into the bedroom. the floor vinyl was damaged due to the water from the toilet and this caused our luggage and cloths wet.

    Cons: STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED to book this hotel, unless you would like to experience the WORST STAY in your life. (Im forced to give 1 star, because this place DOES NOT DESERVE any star please.) WORST amenities - Incomplete toiletries as only 1 soap provided. Booked Deluxe King Room, but only 1 power plug in the room? What a stone age building! WORST service - When we approach front desk & request toiletries and change the room, the Malay male staff countered us arrogantly with Yes, I only use sabun from head to toe. Providing 1 sabun for room is standard enough.. We requested for refund since we have decided to check out immediately, and the staff told us no refund at all without showing any regrets & sorry, or trying to make things better, but showing us that you want to check out, so you rugi you punya pasal kind of look. POOR cleanliness - The toilet has rotten smell, and I can see stains on the glass door of the toilet. Some tiles in the toilet is broken in pieces. *Lesson learnt:* 1. Dont trust the review on Agoda.com or Booking.com please. Always refer to Google Review for the honest reviews. 2. Observe the image of the staff who will be guiding you to your room. (The staff who guided us is a foreign worker, basically wearing like construction worker without proper uniform or politeness, and he is on his phone all the way until we seen our room number. - I dont expect this service at all with the money paid.) 3. Request to see the room first if you have selected to pay upon check in.
