It was lovely and was relaxing I love the staff they were great and helpful especially Naomi at reception.

Pros: The facilities were nice and it was relaxing

Cons: The location is a bit out of the way and everything was a bit pricey

It was okay but could have been better.

Pros: The swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.

Cons: The room was tidy. However, it was still very dusty inside the bedside cabinet, I put my bag there to hide it, and when I took it out, my bag came out with a load of dust on it. Myself and partner went away for one night to get away from the kids. However, we were put off when a load of children came into the pool, and we weren't able to fully use the pool how we would have liked to. I think that when people are booking for a spa, I feel that there should be a timetable made for when children can make use of the pool. It became too crowded. And we got out earlier than we wanted too.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, good pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Friendly staff, plenty of parking. The suite was spacious.

Cons: The room wasn't clean and was pretty run down for the price. Round the edges of the carpet there was lots of fluff and hair. We stayed two nights and after our first night we expected house keeping to come in and do a little tidy up, it was very basic, we weren't even given clean coffee cups.

Pros: The grounds were lovely. The room was relaxing and clean. A lovely touch with the bath robes and slippers. Food was excellent

Cons: This is me being extremely picky - The only downside was that the Sauna, jacuzzi and swimming area became extremely busy and there needed to be a few more lounge chairs as there definitely wasnt enough
