    Good clean hotel. Good location. Front desk male needs improvement in his handling guests.

    Pros: The ladies @ front desk were great. Overall, very nice hotel. Close to train station. Walking distance to all sights.
    Cons: When checked out about 6 am the gentleman on the desk was RUDE. I asked for a wake up call. Didnt get wake up call. He told not working. There was two other male hotel employees. I aske gentleman on the desk why didnt you send someone to my room then? He replied dont do that. In a very rude way. Then he totally ignored me.

    Stunning room; great staff!

    Pros: Such a beautiful building inside and out! Our room was stunning - high ceilings, windows and doors opening out to a balcony, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the staff were so lovely. We would definitely return!
