Pros: The view from the window was amazing, the facilities treated us very lovely, special thanks to the lobby helpers, and the cleaners for giving us the comfort.

Not a big wow. It could be much better for a hotel that is rated four stars.

Cons: The entrance is not handicapped friendly. Getting inside the hotel is a burden for travellers with suitcases. You have to walk the stairs for more than 7 steps to get to the elevators area. The beds are very low and are over used. Old fashioned furniture and the carpets in the corridors are worn out. No iron or iron table were provided in the room. Complementary water is not provided.

Pros: Location is central.There is a tramvaj stop "Beyazit" in front of the hotel and two metro stations "Sirkeci Marmaray" and "Yenikapi" near the hotel.There are a lot of cafes, restaurants,bazars,shops and historical places around.Breakfast is very tasty.The hotel is very clean.People of the reception and every staff of the hotel is very professional.

Cons: We made a mistake when booking the hotel through the booking.com platform. The transfer was already included in the booking price. We asked for a correction of the booking date and paid an additional 213.31 euros. Then it was necessary to change the transfer date included in the booking. The Emporium Hotel asked us to communicate the problem via WhatsApp and not via booking.com. They booked the transfer for the flight arrival but did not tell us that the transfer was not included in the reservation. When we arrived at Emporium Hotel to check in, the staff asked us to pay 100 Eur for the transfer. Then he decided to reduce the transfer price to 50 Eur. When we left, we booked a transfer to the airport with a local company for 30 Eur. So be prepared for surprises and negotiate with Emporium Hotel if you have a transfer with them and never communicate with them outside booking.com. Our room was full of moisture and some wallpaper was torn. The room needs maintenance.
