    Wouldn’t recommend.

    Pros: Beds comfortable and clean linen.
    Cons: Very bad smell when you enter the hotel. Breakfast positioning of glasses/plates not considered, ( on very low and hard to reach shelves) Large jugs of juice very full and heavy on a tiered stand so everyone spilt it on the floor. Tables cleared with someone carrying a plastic bag and looked like they were emptying the trash. Outside the hotel looked terrible with fake bamboo plants and bins. Wall lamps on bedroom especially rusty snd broken.

    Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was good. Outside of the hotel was a metro station. We needed 10min to the historical city center and also 10min drive to the airport
    Cons: The hotel had a lot of moisture at the level that our clothes felt wet when we tried to get dressed and also we saw some small bugs in the bathroom. Also the rooms did not have good soundproofing. We could hear water running when our neighbors had a shower

    Pros: We had to leave for the airport early so staff packed us a breakfast to go. It was much appreciated.
    Cons: A staff member spent a fair bit of time socializing with another guest and disregarded our need to check in. When the other guest questioned this, the staff member said, “They can wait”. There is no coffee available first thing in the morning in rooms. Beds are quite uncomfortable and road noise made my room very noisy. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of Lisbon and walking around the area to find a decent restaurant for dinner was a bit unpleasant.

    Comfortable stay with a great...

    Pros: Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food---pastries, coffee, and drinks. There are some hot food as well. The room was clean and spacious. Wifi is easy to connect and fast. The location is convenient, close to the station and airport.
    Cons: I stayed on the top floor, where I needed to use stairs to reach. There is no curtain in the shower room since it is on the top floor.

    Cons: Poor breakfast, same everyday. Room wasn't that clean, sofa was really stained, the sheets were quite dull, the view from the window wasn't pleasant, you could actually see the roof pipes of the hotel.

    A nice hotel with a...

    Pros: Location - close to the metro station, big and diverse breakfast, we were on the fifth floor and had a great view of Lisbon.
    Cons: Was smaller than on the pictures. Was a bit challenging to navigate with a suitcase if you wanted to have both open at once.
