Cons: I wasnt told that the pool was closed until we got dressed, went down and seen a sign on the door to the pool. I spent a lot of money to stay at this hotel bc my girls and I do a 1 night out of each month where we stay at a hotel and enjoy the pool. My daughters were very upset that the pool was closed bc thats what they were most excited about doing.

Cons: Traveled from Baltimore, booked through ( Booking.com) did a late check in, called to inform them I was still arriving that night but a little later than expected. After calling several times, I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes each, then the call was disconnected. Arrived to the hotel, the front desk manager (Yolanda) said she didnt see my reservation, even though I had proof , (email and confirmation) I was told she wasnt able to see confirmation numbers that begin with a (4) due to the fact I booked through a third party. I told her I had recently spoke to her on the phone prior to my arrival, and was told I could speak to the manager, but the call was disconnected. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered the same person Id spoken to on the phone was now standing in front of me, now she claimed she informed me to call booking. com , because I had no reservations. Even though my reservation were made in Dec 23, she informed me that I would have to purchase a room through Hilton if I wanted to stay at that location that night . Ended up paying again, and was put in jeopardy of paying booking a cancellation fee of $200.. my wife was very distraught , once we arrived to the room I called booking, the agent confirmed he saw a booking with my name list at that property, he placed me on hold called the Hilton front desk, where he confirmed the reservation with the person who answered the phone, he informed me it was a female named ( Rosario) AKA Yolanda (The front desk manager). I went down to the front desk to confirm she had spoken to the agent from booking , then she claimed they found the reservation, but my name was backwards, my first name appeared as my last. But I felt like if that was the problem, it shouldve easily been identified by an experienced front desk manager , who claimed she couldnt see confirmations from Booking on her end.
