Cons: at the check-in Ive been asked about second deposit, even they have already got one. that issue was solved. The AC was a big issue, they regulate it manually and its never was set up as I needed it. the food wasnt good in the room service. The breakfast was pretty basic and the place they offered for it hot and uncomfortable. I wont return to the hotel, expected more from it.

Cons: Receptionist manger gave me a deal, that if he upgrades me, he will receive a good comment with his name inbooking.com He lied about a room that is king size bed, but it turned a queen bed for a couple when we change the room because of the air condition problem at the middle of the night of the next day We had to call housekeeping to bring towels and samples for the room after the cleaning They adjust the AC temperature from the control room to decrease the electricity consumption

Great Stay at Elite World Hotel

Pros: Our stay of 8 nights in this hotel was amazing in almost all aspects. The hotel is placed in an interesting location a but further from some of the busier neighborhoods, but still accessible via public transportation stations within 4-5 minutes of walking and also the coast, restaurants, and nice night areas all in a walkable distance. Starting from the manager and the service people, they are very attentive, professional, and caring. We had many requests during out stay in different forms and they made sure to address all of them in the best way possible. We requested a room change, many specific room cleaning requests, extra amenities, and not a single time the hotel staff was unprofessional about them. The rooms were pretty nice. We stayed in the top floor in a room with a balcony and the views were decent of the city and a bit of the coastal line. I dont believe you would get a good view in a lower floor though so be aware. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there was a decent amount of space in the room. Starting our days, the breakfast hours were great. They were service breakfast until 10:30 AM during weekdays and 11:00 AM during weekends. The options were amazing and they were rotating on a daily basis too. the servers were professional and would offer to take your drinks and food items to your table if you knew what you wanted and didnt feel like going at it yourself. We noticed the staff speaking in at least 4 different languages with the guests which was great to see! At the lobby floor, the cafe was pretty great. We had turkish coffee and ice cream there. They also do have a bar and restaurant that we did not try since we were out most of the day. The lobby was a nice play to wait for a taxi. The front desk was rarely crowded and we never waited more than a couple minutes to talk to the front desk. Similarly, the phone calls from the room were answered pretty quickly. So again, very attentive staff.

Cons: No water in the gym, long wait for elevators, room window was not 100% clean

Pros: I arrived at the hotel at 7:00a.m. Mr. Kaan helped to have a room. It's so nice to get a room after long time flight. The room is good. Clean and good smell. Really a nice trip to Turkey.
