Wonderful option for your stay in Central Rome..

Pros: I found this place on booking during a previous stay in Rome, and I felt very lucky that there happened to be a room available at the last minute during this most recent visit. I wound up staying here for several days, as the price was absolutely amazing, especially given it was the peak summer season. Aside from this, the room was both nicely renovated and modern, as well as literally being partly like a museum, given the 19th century ornate wooden ceiling, as well as the painting and some of the fixtures. The view was also very nice, being on a smaller Roman street with cafes across the way. I really enjoyed my stay here, it made being in Rome such a treat. The location was also excellent, as it is very close to the main Rome train terminal. You can easily walk there in about ten minutes, as well as the hotel being on the way to the main attractions such as the Ancient Roman forum further down (you could walk there too, or take the subway a few stops down). Highly recommended.

Pros: The location was good, it was close to termini but i wasn't feeling quite safe walking back at night. The staff were friendly

Cons: Due to the hotel's problem with the bank, i had to make the paymen in cash. They offered to pay the comission for the receiving money from the bank but since i was in a trip i didn't want to give my all cash to the hotel. I might not have had cash in my bank account.

False advertisment and unhelpful staff.

Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is it's location.

Cons: The first night, the AC unit in my room did not function. I called the guy from reception and he said it will work after I come back from being out. We left and returned late. At 11PM I went to my room and the AC didn't work with 30 degrees outside. The power outlets in my room didn't work either. I had to leave the hotel for a much more expensive hotel away from my family since the hotel was fully booked. In the other rooms, there wasn't any shampoo/soap in the bath despensers, the toilets kept draining water making it hard to sleep, and the room was very dirty under the beds. The mattress on the bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. Please avoid this place or any other hotel near Termini Station. By the end, when I went to pay at reception, they offered me a discount if I was to cancel the booking through booking.com, of course I said no.

Pros: perfect location! Walkable from the train station and to all the main sights, lots of shopping and restaurants. Elevator is convenient. The rooms are newly remodeled and perfectly clean. Room is made daily and clean towels provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is old (which I think is a plus, historic) and has character; the rooms are modern. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe call them directly and see if I can get a Roman discount since I was born in Rome

Cons: Room for 2 was tiny, but had enough space for our suitcases and stuff No curtains so some light comes through the shutters. Breakfast is open only until 9:30 (or more like 9:15) and its just basic coffee and pastries, some juices. ok for Italians . All in all the hotel is on the expensive side for what it offers, but Rome is expensive

As a result of the appalling conditions it was a depressing experience and we left a day early.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Cons: The toilet did not flush it was continuously slowly running and as result it was not flushing. There was no water pressure, the shower produced only a trickle of water which was either burning hot or cold we could not have a shower at all. Breakfast consisted of a few cakes and nothing else. No eggs, no yoghurt, no cereal, no fresh fruit. It certainly was not value for money.

The room and management are horrible.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: When I arrived they said we don't have your room and gave me the smallest room they had. But it wasn't what I booked and paid through booking.com. I talked to everyone over there. And neither I got the room that I booked nor got a refund because of their mistakes. Shower was horrible didn't have enough pressure for hot water. Fridge and hair dryer didn't work at all. And the bed you could feel the springs in your back. The room and management are horrible.
