    Cons: Website offers free breakfast and once you stay there you find out they charge for breakfast. The room doors don't close properly allowing air and pest to enter the room.

    Pros: Our first 2 days were a private booking, to the food was good etc. Then see below.
    Cons: The next 2 nights were as part of a large tourist group, and the choice/quality of food dropped noticably.

    Bedbugs and mold. Cannot recommend

    Pros: Large room and bathroom. I was all set up to have a comfy evening except….
    Cons: BEDBUGS.Room smelled of mold when I entered. Bedbugs crawling over me at midnight so I didn’t sleep. I check out at 0530 (as planned) and I told the reception there were bedbugs and she said OK. Then I realized she didn’t understand my English so I switched to Spanish and showed her photos of the bugs and the blood spats on my sheets. She still said OK and I realized she knew I was going to get into the taxi that was waiting and in a few moments I would be gone…..really poor customer service. She actually seemed to appear that this complaint was common. The hotel was quite empty.

    Very rude front desk ladies

    Pros: Nothing
    Cons: When we arrived at the hotel our booking was cancelled without any notice, the ladies at the front desk told me in a way its our mistake for using booking.com. My kids were tired and we have no place to stay. They were not polite, they didn’t even apologize and were laughing at the moment we were leaving.
