Pros: Location near the mall.

Cons: Room is a bit of old fashioned style. I had to call the reception more than 5 times then they picked up the call. Took so long time to get the trolley for check out.

Food and staff ok ,, except for housekeepers

Pros: Food was ok ,,, staff was courteous

Cons: 2 fones in the room were busted, there was hair in the bathtub, no refill of coffee, creamer, sugar and water the following day . No drinks for sale in the ref ( mini bar) ,,, carpet was not vacuumed well , towels were not replaced

Looks good but service needs improving.

Pros: Nicely appointed, pool area spa and room all very nice, as expected of shangri la. Staff all very polite friendly and helpful.

Cons: The food was poor, ate in the lobby , pool bar and buffet. Buffet food was cold, pool bar pizza was very good when it eventually arrived after over an hour. Lobby food was not good, very salty falafel wrap, hot dog style sliders described as burgers tasted of cheap processed sausage. Service was very slow, very very slow. Booked a tennis court and coach but the hotel didn't inform the coach, so he turned up an hour late. Pool bar staff didn't write down our food order so only half arrived the rest came an hour later even though there were only two tables occupied.

Cons: Difficult to order room service -- QR codes were unreliable. I prefer printed menus. The hair dryer in 1608 was difficult to use -- loose wires most likely. It would only work in a particular position.
