A very pleasesant and stay with all you need AND excellent value.

Pros: Continental breakfast and large Full English included and was very good.

Cons: I cant say there was anything I didnt like but be prepared the bathrooms are not en-suite but are private. A short hop across the landing is required and dressing gowns are provided for this purpose.

Just the perfect all rounder. Lovely breakfast too.

Pros: It was the best place we have stayed ever! Loads of room clean and very comfortable

Cons: A little walk from the centre but we managed, we had the top floor family room 7 but it wasnt too bad.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The room was OK. The landlady was very nice. We always had a good chat. The location was good being only half a mile from my destination

Pros: The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We were offered warm drinks on arrival and directed to our rooms. Shortly after arrival, our drinks were delivered. The room was spacious, lovely, and clean with everything that we'd need for our stay. The complementary drinks tray in the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate, and sugars/substitutes with mints. There were mugs and glasses and a bottle of water to fill the kettle. They even had an honesty fridge in the foyer, with a price list on the door. The fridge also contained extra milk in there incase it was needed. A peaceful night's sleep in a very large and comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing with lovely, freshly cooked produce. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Second two night stay, highly recommended, ticked all of the boxes and looking forward to a staying again latter in the year.
