Rat in Family Suite!

Pros: Location is superb.

Cons: Upon check-in, we have to pay for 3 nights. If use card, must add 3%. We paid cash When we unpacked in room, cockcroaches and ants were seen. We asked if we can just stay one night and checked out. They replied no refund of money but they can helped by spraying insecticide when we go out on day 2. We wanted to book 2 nights via Booking.com somewhere else. On day 2, we returned to room at about 7.30 pm and I was terrified to see a rat run across our room. I screamed and dashed out. They were helpful to bring tools to catch the rat and claimed they caught it already. I paid for the 2 nights stay at a boutique hotel nearby. Am shocked to know such a place is approved in Booking.com list of hotels. They have tried their best to catch the rat, it it something we can accept in our hotel room? How sure there is only one rat

Pros: The hotel was clean, near to a lot of tourist spot, walking distance and its not difficult to find food, you can find good food near the hotel

Cons: Room was not sound proof, you can hear a lot of noises from the other rooms even in the middle of the night.

Pros: It was okay and the money isn't too bad. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of it all and you're not too bothered about the room being too nice then it's okay to stay. The location is the best part- it's literally a minute walk to pub street.

Cons: Although it looks like the photos, it's not as nice, not as bright or spacious. We got there late because our flight was delayed and they had given our room away! We had to pay extra to upgrade to the available room. It wasn't much but it's the principle! It's also very noisy as you're next to pub street. We're from London and we were tired from travelling so we slept through it but if that's the kind of thing that bothers you then beware because it doesn't stop until 5am! The staff were alright but not as helpful and friendly as other parts of Vietnam we had stayed.

Good location, noisy at night over the weekend.

Pros: Location was central to all of our activities, room met our needs. Staff friendly and helpful. No breakfast available at Hotel but handy to a few restaurant's that served breakfast.

Cons: Used the stairwell and floor area on accommodation level for storage. The noise from night clubs went on forever at night over the weekend and only stopped I think about 4am when the monk's replaced it with chiming of thier bells.
