Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything it’s wasn’t clean there was women’s hair still in the bathtub. The refrigerator was broken, the toilet seat was broken and the front desk lady seemed like she didn’t like her job and really didn’t care for our problems and concerns that we had.

Pros: Rooms were newly renovated. Pretty clean. Very convenient location to interstate, few fast food restaurants, and gas stations. Great price.

Cons: Small room but worked for a night. Bed was very firm. Also beds need more pillows. We had 3 little pillows for a king size bed. My back hurt because I wasnt elevated. Other than that simple fix its a nice motel and great price.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good!

Cons: There was no interior corridor to get from our room at the back of the facility to the front desk and breakfast. It was a very rainy time, so it was uncomfortable moving back and forth.

Pros: Facilities were good. Like the toilet in the next room or something was running constantly but still it was okay.

Cons: The room smelled like marajuana! Not a big deal but wasn’t overly pleasant for the kids

DISASTROUS HOSPITALITY

Pros: The maintenance staff was nice, but not willing to go the extra step to spread the Bed.

Cons: Preface: I stayed at a previous Econo Lodge and it was good. It's rare that I provide Hotel Reviews. I got to this Econo Lodge early Friday morning on Dec , 29, 2023 willing to pay extra for an early check in, as I needed to get to a meeting, but they claimed due to a rush the night before, a room would not be ready till 1-3pm. Early evening that day I attempted to check into room 204 only to find opening and closing the Room Door to be an exacerbating task. And the Vanity Light/Dressing Area did not work; it only worked after the manager removed the Covering to play with the Fluorescent Bulbs to get it working; the cover was never reinstalled. They attempted to change rooms, but first asked whether I used any of the facilities in room 204, to determine whether to charge me. They claimed only one Room was available, but it had a heavy animal odor as soon as the door was opened, so kept room 204. The Fridge, Remote, Vanity Mirror and Microwave were filthy. The Shower Curtain Toilet were clean.Later that night I ventured to take a Shower, only to find animal dander all over the Bedspread; after peeling it back, it was apparent the Bed Linen was never changed from the last Guest. There was a stink of animal smell that went away after I removed all the Linen, including the Mattress Cover. No adequate sized Linens became available till the next day, so the Night Shift Representative handed me Full Size Linens instead of King. This was not the usual well folded stack, instead it was a messy rolled up bundle where the Blanket was almost sweeping the ground, it lacked one pillow case, but that was okay since one Pillow was soiled with what looked like spots of blood. The Staff displayed their short fuse and became extremely unprofessional as they had to address all of the issues.
