Cons: The place was disgusting. The sheets had marks/burn holes maybe?? The floors had dust balls and hair. The "wood" headboard had werid stains. The bathroom had stains and chipping porcelain, the faucet was broken. Overall I was very grossed out and was uncomfortable.

Cons: Drawers didnt open. Lampshades were broken. Wear and tear on the furniture. Stains on the bed linen Walls were VERY thin could hear the conversation from the room next door

Pros: I liked that my room size was upgraded from queen to king when we arrived and that early check in was not an issue. I also liked that the hotel was not far from where we were vacationing.

Cons: I didn't like that the bed had no blanket, only a sheet and bed cover. The toilet seat had pee stains on in upon arrival. The back of the bathroom door had poop on it, and the bathroom door didn't shut. There was a cockroach on the wall next to the TV that I killed upon arrival. When requesting towels I was told over and over that there weren't enough towels. I also didn't appreciate being accosted by a drunk patron a few rooms down calling me a dirty jew and my child a dirty jew baby that should die. I'm also not Jewish.

Pros: Cleanish room, people who worked there were nice. First room we went into the TV cable was cut n fridge didn't work but the manager/owner was nice enough to switch us to another room.

Cons: 15 min drive to beach, water was dangerous, new Hanover county courthouse sucks so do the people working there. Old lady walked out of the room next to us with no shirt or bra on so we seen her boobs...my whole family...Mexican constantly standing around outside everywhere....parking fir beach was $25 if you could even find any!! Don't go to surf city $40 for parking. Wilmington and Wrightsville are over expensive.

Cons: This place is an absolute dump. When I say that, I don’t mean figuratively…I mean a literal dump. When our group arrived, the staff in the lobby was extremely nice and good people all the way. So this review is not a personal jab at them. Once we checked in they handed me remotes for the TVs for the rooms I booked, which was a little odd but I’m sure they’ve had problems with theft of those so that’s fair enough. My group proceeds to the rooms and there’s literal garbage EVERYWHERE outside the rooms, going up the stairs etc. and it all looked like it was weeks old. It looked like a party had taken place the entire week before and the garbage never made it to the dumpers. There was a smell of absolute filth outside in the parking area. The walkways were absolutely filthy with goo and God knows what else along with cigarette butts. We entered the rooms…(now before I proceed, I travel for a living and have stayed in some pretty sketchy, dingy, dirty looking places) the rooms were the absolute FILTHIEST & MOST DISGUSTING rooms I’ve EVER seen in my life!! I felt like I was in some kind of horror movie! (I’ll post pics below) The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned since the hotel originally opened, the door had a safety latch hook but there was nothing to hook it to, to stop the door from opening if someone tried to open it, there were broken things everywhere, the lamps looked like the original lamps from probably the 70s that had never been cleaned, there was mold growing in random places, things were broken hanging off the walls, the bathrooms looked to have never been cleaned, the ac didn’t work in one of the rooms, it had a musty “roach” smelling order although we never saw any roaches or bed bugs…I could go on but I’m sure you get the point. Basically, it looked as if someone had purchased an abandoned hotel/motel and put new mattresses and sheets on the beds and started renting rooms.

Cons: It was dirty , shower toilet was not cleaned, tissue in toilet, pubic hairs in seat , sink and hit in shower, paint peeling of dresser/ ceiling in bathroom lamp lightbulb flashing, ice machine broke pool closed and loitering strange people. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
