Quality Inn is a brand under the Choice Hotel groups that caters accommodation and lodging services for the midscale segment of the hotel industry. Pros: Not a thing

Cons: Dirty room. Filthy pool. Tub didn’t drain. Remote control broke. Picture smashed. Splatter stains on curtains. I’ve bucket disgusting

Pros: Very clean. Decent breakfast.

Cons: It was freezing in the room despite having the heat all the way up. The hallway was the same temperature as outdoors.Had to put towels on the bathroom floor to walk because it was too cold to walk on! The pool was under repair, and there was no heat in the pool area. This was not specified prior to booking, so we were disappointed. When we told the front desk how cold we were, they replied " ok, nothing can be done"

Pros: Very friendly staff, smelt and was clean in the room.

Cons: Disrespectful guests talking/screaming at 2 am but that’s a knock on the hotel

Cons: Can't think of anything. The room may have been a little small, but not enough to complain about. It was cozy.

Pros: Bearing in mind that this is a budget friendly accommodation, we found our room to be clean and very well maintained.

Cons: There wasn't anything we did not like about this accommodation. You do have to keep in mind that this is a budget. Communitation and definitely not upscale. That said, for what it is, it was an excellent stay.

Cons: It was dirty, the bed sheet had yellow stains, human hair, we had remove all the linen from bed to sleep over… Flies and dust were all over furniture and walls, we were furious for our kids well being , it was only for one night so we just spend the night and got out

Cons: Cleanliness of the room was horrible - someone had used our washroom and did not flush so toilet was full when we arrived. Shower looked incredibly dirty. We were 3 girls in a room, the bathroom was being used by one, and so my friend went to the reception to use the washroom there. She was denied access and told to go to the gas station across the street. We paid nearly 300$ for one night to be told to use a gas station washroom if our is being used. Disgusting service

Pros: Hotel and rooms clean. The staff at hotel rooms exceptionally great. Water pressure and showers very good.

Cons: Main office is a ways away from rooms area. The hotel on first floor was a constant pot / weed / marijuana odor in hallway and rooms. Very unpleasant odor, no windows to open to get fresh air . Had to leave a few times just to get away from the strong odor of dope ! There was no staff in room section of hotel during late afternoon or evening, only in mornings for breakfast and room cleaning services.
