    Very Poor

    DONT GO HERE!!!! DISGUSTING PLACE

    Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place was disgusting. The halls smelt like cat piss, the walls were cracking the fridges had dead Flys, people were smoking in the rooms and you could smell it all threw the hotel that's apparently none smoking. It's a slum hotel that charges you out the ass. Says free breakfast yet the machine are filled with cob webs and spiders and dead Flys. Worst experience I have ever had.

    Poor

    Scariest 48 hours

Pros: The building is literally falling apart. You can hear your neighbours urinating in their bathrooms. Mildew. Rust. Filthy hallways. Garbage bags left out for a full day in the hallways. States coffee maker in room (Keurig) with no coffee. Nothing was plugged in. I was freezing. Bedding was minimal. Two small pillows per queen bed. Meth addicts directly outside who occasionally wander in. Pros.....beds were comfortable. Parking. On a good bus line. I was able to walk downtown
Cons: The state of the building is falling apart.. like pieces of concrete are falling off the walls and stairs outside. The building should be torn down. The laundry and staff areas weren't closed off and they were appallingly unorganized and dirty looking. There was a terrifying staircase leading to a basement that looked like the gates of hell partially covered by a shower curtain. Came home at 12:15 am after a family party to a homeless person crouched in the "lobby" trying to charge his phone under a table. No staff in sight. Thank god I wasn't alone. Walls paper thin. Microwave didn't have the glass tray inside. I had to pull furniture out to plug it in. The side door to the building doesn't close properly so people were coming in and squatting in the stairwell at night. Hallway carpets were filthy. A poo mark and hair on one of my bathroom towels Toilets didn't fully flush. Shower head was barely functional. Went to use the blow dryer and it didn't worked. Turned it over to see the actual parts were loose inside and I probably would have died If it had turned on. If they're not turning a profit they should seriously consider having one of the meth addicts burn the place down for the insurance money
