    Pros: The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was great. The room was good and with a few exceptions was what I was expecting.
    Cons: Room was not well designed which diminished the overall experience. Biggest issue was lack of electrical outlets and the need to rearrange the layout of the room to meet my needs.

    Cons: I reserved a queen room, but got a double. They said there were no queen left. I didn't realize they allow dogs and I found it distracting. Not many tv choices.

    Pros: It was fine
    Cons: We reserved a king loft suite a year ago but when we arrived they gave it to someone else therefore they down graded us to 2 double bed rooms. Very much not happy about this whole situation. Will never ever return. Plus both rooms were on opposite sides so my wife and daughter were in a different area. Was not convenient at all. And since this was a family weekend for ISU we had no choice to take these rooms since no other hotel had vacancies. I expect to get a refund of the difference.
