Cons: It would need some tlc. Old looking and the room we were in the sink tap plug was broken and the curtains were hanging off.

Pros: Location is good. Room was big. Linen clean. Enjoyed some of the breakfast.

Cons: There was a constant high pitched noise in the room all the time. I found it difficult to sleep. The shower room smelt mouldy and was very small. No bath mat. Why put the toilet paper behind you? Nowhere to hang a hand towel in the toilet. The walls of toilet had missing filler around the door, looked unfinished and scrappy. No long mirror. Needs a wall mirror ideally somewhere with access to socket eg for hair drying. Torn lampshade I was in the basement. If the stairs down there were on fire, there was no other access marked. Breakfast was disappointing - hash browns, tomato ( luke warm) and boiled eggs was a cooked breakfast. Pastries were dry. Filling the kettle was difficult! One basin, can't get kettle under the tap. In the toilet - can just about get it under the tap. Otherwise, you have to fill kettle using the cups.

Excellent value with great service from friendly staff.

Great stay for great value

Pros: The room was great value for money. Lovely size & nice little deck outside. The garden area is beautiful. The breakfast was great value for money and very nice.

Cons: In and outside needs decorating and updating . Curtains need fitting properly and decorating throughout. Bed not very comfortable and heater needs upgrading . Garden needs tlc.

Despite a few niggles, over all the hotel is lovely, have stayed a few times and will again.

Cons: Cobwebs and dust behind the TV , bulbs not being replaced when blown, light not working above mirror in bathroom, only 1 hand towel , no room clean, asked cleaner to come back in a few mins as we were still getting ready to go out, she didnt bother .

Pros: The hotel was close to the sea front so well situated for walks along the front. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and looked after our needs. The buffet breakfast provided had a lot of choice and was more than adequate, served in a bright dining room. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

Cons: Nothing really, it was what we would expect from a budget hotel

Would definitely recommend it to friends relatives and I will book again

Pros: Very spacious lovely view from my window, large dining area and bar. I would recommend a vending machine

Cons: My only gripe was sharing toilet and shower I would have liked my own but I did not realise that at the time of booking.
