Pros: The location

Cons: The air conditioning was out. The bathtub was disgusting. There is no trash bags in our trash cans. We had no washcloth upon arriving. And to top it all off there was a bug in the bed. This was not a bedbug though

Pros: Loved the suite, comfortable furniture and beds!

Cons: Our room was very warm and stuffy! We attempted to turn temperature down to no avail. Front desk said the air had not been turned on yet so only heat would come on! Seriously????? This is Ohio…snow one week, upper 70’s next. Need the ability to have air when needed. Luckily my friend brought a fan or it would have been VERY uncomfortable!

Pros: Nothing. The staff was part of a criminal organization that has been stalking me and my car was broken into.

Pros: The staff was friendly and courteous. They were as accommodating as possible given the circumstances. The

Cons: Maintenance and cleanliness are definitely not a top priority at this location. I felt like I was staying at a cheap, independently operated motel. The accommodations were not as described. To start off, the room is supposed to have a balcony. There are no rooms as this facility with a balcony. Second major accommodation issue is that there isn't year-round functional Air Ccondioning. The whole facility is either heating or cooling. There are independent controls in each room, but the control doesn't do much for cooling if the building is in heat mode. I also couldn't moderate the heat. It was all or nothing. I was offered a fan. This doesn't help do anything but move the hot air. I couldn't open a window or door to get any relief from the heat. I called around and found two other hotels that had full AC available. I called Booing.Com to offer a solution of getting a refund and swapping hotels. Booking.Com attempted to contact the hotel via phone to get approval. They were not able to reach anyone. I was told they would try via email and would contact me back after they heard back from DoubleTree. Exhausted, without options, I attempted to get some sleep. I managed to get the heat to turn off but would wake up freezing. Eventually, i had to get ready to go to a show and went to take a shower. The shower wouldn't get hot! Hot water worked in the sink but not the shower. Maintenance came and indicated that the shower control was the issue with no options for repair. We were given access to another room to take a shower. We were able to get ready for the show. After the show came back and moved everything to the new room. The controls for the heat in the new room were able to moderate the air temperature a little better. After finally managing a little sleep, I attempted to get a shower before checking out. The water was cold! It was cold at all faucets. I called the front desk.

Cons: $25 a day to park in the hotels parking garage and then cars were broken into. Rooms were cold it is winter. Top part of window was broken and laying in window sill. Bathroom shower tile needs scrubbed good. Mildew. People didn’t have hot water to shower.

Cons: ALOT! My husband and I got this room for a romantic night away. It was very disappointing. The room was very dated. The whole hotel snaked me old cigarette smoke. The were stains on the arm chairs. And the heat was either 84 or off, no in between.

Pros: Location good.

Cons: This hotel overcharges me. My bill shows $463. After that, I was charged a total of $520. Now it shows that I still have $120 to collect on behalf of me. I don't know. How do they operate?
