Pros: The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Cons: The hamburger we ordered was raw. We had to send it back. We did not ask for a replacement bc we were concerned about the quality of food.

Pros: Beautiful building and lovely staff
Cons: No restaurant, no room service— we needed full service for the type of business trip we had this weekend— very disappointed for this level of hotel— they have been remodeling for two years

Very Poor
Pros: Our stay was terrible, and I have nothing good to say about the hotel.
Cons: The hotel is old and falling apart. The rooms smell bad. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people in the hallway or the rooms next door as if they are standing right next to you. The hotel staff is unhelpful and useless. Stay someplace else!

Disappointing
Pros: It was beautiful and in a prime location. Warm cookies at check in was nice.
Cons: I couldn't believe with all of the snoring people in the world that a hotel that big would not have ear plugs for guest. Luckily, sheer misery finally knocked me out at two am. Extremely over priced breakfast, $18 per person for rubbery pancakes.
