    Pros: Friendly staff, great location.
    Cons: No room service and hotel cafe wasn't open. Room was pretty dated and bathroom tiles had some mold. Very noisy room at night - could hear noise from courtyard below and other rooms. No view at all from window just the other side of hotel.

    Pros: Excellent location, just beside the popular shopping district of Hanjiang walking street. Walking distance to metro station, most importantly its near to all the top rated local food places (based on Meituan Dianping). Decent hotel for a leisure traveller like myself, value for money

    Pros: All about the location. Hotel was nice and is connecting to a department store. Food everywhere. Tip.. Walk down walking street to the Yangtze River, get the ferry across (1.5 RMB each!) Then walk down hubu ally (food galore) and on to the yellow crane tower (70rmb each).. good day out.. download Google maps 'off line' if possible, seemed to work for me.
    Cons: Being upgraded but then being told I had to pay for it... Also had to pay a deposit which wasn't mentioned beforehand. Also still says pending on my account.

    Disappointed of the poor service.

    Pros: central location, spacious room
    Cons: Bad Soundproof: worst experience ever - we can clearly hear TV and chat sound next door, having difficulty of sleeping in the night. Very disturbing. Poor Service: Staff at reception and dining area are generally quite rude and cold, basically " no one cares attitude". We dont feel welcome at all. The only smile we got were from housekeeping lady at our floor, they are kind and helpful. Comparing with other Dorsett hotel we have stayed, I was really disappointed by the service of Wuhan Dorsett.
