    Pros: The breakfast is good , and onsen also good , laundry facilities are good , washing is free ! And so sweet they prepared small treats on that floor for all customers.
    Cons: The pillows !! The pillows are far too hard and uncomfortable .

    Pros: We stayed 2 nights in Kagegawa for the cutiest shoebill --Futaba san. One night we had chosen to stay at a hotel near to the south station and the 2nd night to the north station--Dormy Inn. By comparison, I have to say that we enjoyed much more to stay at Dormy for its facilities & more welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The hotel is attentive to services in many ways even it's farer to stay there to the Kakegawa Kachoen but it is definitely worth-well to do so. There's a walk distance restaurant justa cross from the hotel to serve good foods also. The hotel breakfast was nice, too!

    Better not use the onsen if you have a tattoo

    Pros: The location is great and the facilities are clean and comfortable! Although the baths were very small, they were clean and beautifully designed.
    Cons: The onsen doesnt allow tattoos. Although I have small inconspicuous tattoo (and never had any problem with it before now I thought it would be okay to use the onsen) a female staff member who was cleaning and checking the sauna facilities asked me to leave because of it. I understand the rule but her manner of speaking to me and touching my body to check if my tattoo was real or not was highly inappropriate and unacceptable. Since I was in the sauna my blood pressure was very high and the uncomfortably situation made for a very unpleasant interaction with her.

    Pros: Great location near Kakegawa castle, and also walking distance from the station. Indoor and outdoor bath!
    Cons: Unfortunately the noises of the room next door or floor below could be heard in my room. (this may be cause my window and maybe theirs was open?)

    Wonderful

    Great option for a family of 5 with kids (2 rooms).

    Pros: The location was excellent. We could walk to restaurants and sightseeing spots. The hotel was very clean. Room was well laid-out. Staff was helpful to ensure we were in adjacent rooms as we were traveling with children.
    Cons: Additional pillows on the bed would have been nice. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. Would have loved instant coffee in the room instead of just tea.

    Very Good

    Perfect for 1 night stay while travelling long distances, good price, relaxing onsen

    Pros: The onsen is very good. The hotel rooms are clean and everything looks new. Check-in was quick and parking is in walking distance. Speaking Japanese makes everything easier.
    Cons: The bed is a bit small for two.
