A relaxing a land enjoyable family vacation for all ages.

Pros: The location of the property is excellent. Centrally located to get to local hot spots on the island yet far enough from airport not to be disturbed but the planes. The staff is fabulous and friendly.

Cons: We had an a odor of stuffiness and mildew in all 3 room we had booked. We purchased a can of Lysol to spray to clean the air. We also found had a insect in one room which management moved moved us into an upgraded room the next day without question. Our new room had a much better view which we enjoyed the remainder of our vacation.

I would of changed my dates just to stray back at Divi Golf. The staff really needs more training.

Pros: This is not my first time in Aruba. I returned to give my family the same experience I had at Divi Gulf. They didnt have availability for my time so I went with Divi Phoenix. I should of changed my dates better than wasting my money. I understand this is a touristic area but seeing in every corner tipa buckets was too much. The evevayors were way too small. My cleaning lady didnt even great me well before letting me know she will not be there my last day of my trip so I can tip her. The staff by the cafe behind the lobby as well. We only went 2 times and they made sure as well to let us know they wanted tips. Tips are of course well given when staff actually make great rapport with customers.

Cons: My room was not cleaned properly. I think most of all because she expected tips on a daily basis. There was toothpaste on the sink from the kids brushing in the morning. The floor still has the 3 bingo tickets I left on the floor in the same place meaning the room wasnt even swept.

Great wacation but have no intend to book the same stay again.

Pros: The fact that the hotel is right on the beach makes it priceless but be careful when you book ( full kitchen does not mean you have oven and dryer in washer is not a laundry room)

Pros: The entire staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, great pool, beach and nice views from most rooms. Food and service at resort restaurants was very good.
