Elegant Hotel with Outstanding Service and Food in Convenient Location

Pros: The service from the staff was outstnading at every point. The food was fantastic, and the gym and spa facilities were a great relaxing touch. Really enjoyed the stay here and I would absolutely come back again!

Cons: The bed was harder than I am used to - so that was surprising - but I still slept well!

Cons: Worst Divan hotel I stay so far! Unprofessional and uncomfortable, very bad experience! Order double bed, also one more time asked separately bed in recipient at 2am middle night during check in, but the gave room is one single bed, after call recipient to change to separately bed, after nearly 10 minutes later, one old worker bring some blankets and then he tried to separate this single bed into two small single bed by hand in front of us, it is FKing 5 star hotel and we order luxury double beds room advance, after one and twice complaints, they changed us to another double beds room even one second ago they told no any other separate bed room available, very very disappointed time in Divan hotel! Today we travel to Adana and stay in Divan Adana, but here is much much better!

Divan is the one of the best hotels in Gaziantep.

Pros: This is the 4th time I stay at Divan and always met the expectations. Clean comfort rooms, helpful staff who always kept the smile, and rich breakfast.

Cons: We had booked the meeting room, it was good in general but sometimes the temparture of the room was not stable and sometimes the coffee and tea get cold.
