Wonderful

Nice quality hotel

Pros: Gorgeous grounds, pools, and ocean view. AC was stellar and room was sealed tight thus avoiding any unwelcome nature. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet went above and beyond to accommodate many cultures.

Cons: Loud band at night in the ocean side restaurant. We booked a room with two beds, but when we got there they only had King bed rooms available.

Lovely resort but soured experience

Pros: The resort is beautiful and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. Staff were always accommodating.

Cons: The first night we arrived my son and I ate from the room service, nasi Goreng. By the next day both of us were violently ill, after 3 days we had to call the doctor out. My daughter did not eat the nasi and was fine all holiday. This unfortunately ruined our experience as my son and I then spent the whole time sick. Now we are home and still unwell. The staff were good at assisting us with it though, but we can't help but believe our illness was caused by the food we both consumed. We also walked down our hallway and another person on holiday was having diarrhea down the hall as she ran to her room. On the plane home a family who also stayed here, started vomiting as we landed. This was a lovely resort but our experience was ruined.

Would recommend staying here and cant wait to come back again. We had such a brilliant experience. What a place!

Pros: This place is incredible. Such a luxurious space. The rooms were beautiful, cleaned daily and nice and cool. The pool area was so gorgeous and relaxing. Breakfast was next level.

Cons: The main pool is very deep. And then the kids pool is very shallow. Not enough shade around the pool as you cant move the umbrellas.

A piece of heaven

Pros: I loved Everything! It looked like a paradise. Staff were very friendly and professional, always smiling. The rooms very beautiful. All the facilities were well maintained. The whole place looks luxurious and classy. The food was always fresh and good variety. I definitely would come back here again.

Cons: We are short so the shallow end of the pool was still quite deep for us. I had to go stay in the 150metres section only heheh or holding myself around the edges. My husband was ok to stay a little more deep. Apart from that everything was perfect.

A Fantasic Stay

Pros: I stayed in a pool room view with a balcony. It's very spacious,with a good-sized bathroom. It is supplied with lots of bathroom accessories, i.e., toothbrush, shaver, body lotions, etc. All of the staff were very friendly. Large pools, a swim up bar, a restaurant/bar down near the beach walk. Very well maintained gardens and grounds.

Cons: There is only one PowerPoint in the room, none in the bathroom. The air-conditioner wasn't working. I put up with it the first night. The next night, I reported it, and it was fixed within 15 minutes.
