    Location was good, but we will not come back on our next visit.

    Pros: Location
    Cons: Wellnes area and gym. It was very outdated. Breakfast wasnt worth the price. Parking, breakfast and wellnes entry is not included in the price of the room, so you have to pay everything on the spot and the quality of it is not worth the money.

    Very nice but...

    Pros: I only have one thing to complain, which is the managers not understanding a human error. I double booked one night and asked if this could be given as credit or to book later in a year. I was told Devin didn't accept people's mistakes and just charged me a full price for an empty room. I'm sorry but this is not acceptable that you cannot over look someone's mistake and help them out. This is called customer service! I'm really disappointed.
    Cons: Not trying to help out if customer make mistake with double booking. Not good customer service for a hotel like this.

    Pleasant but dissatisfied with paying high price to take a swim in hotel pool.

    Pros: The river view.
    Cons: The first time at any hotel I have been asked to pay a fee to swim in the pool $25AUD. 15 for max 3 hours. Two days of two swim $50. It is promoted as included in the high tariff. Misleading and outrageous IMO.

    Pros: Location, view of the Danube, the fact that I have stayed there many times before. But because of the staff at Reception. I have decided NEVER to go back to the Devin .
    Cons: Very Unfriendly staff at Reception. No doubt. Room was not ready. Had to wait till 2 pm ( as hotel rules insist) but staff was brusque (a trainee and a most unfriendly lady) . Smiles, friendly responses would have made it a more pleasant agreeable communication. (Especially when I said I was a very old client who had stayed there many times before -but it meant NOTHING to the two- they just could not be bothered). The room was fine- loved the view of the Danube

    Pros: Super elegant hotel in Bratislava. Near the center and the Danube! Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable.

    Pros: Secure parking, staff friendliness, room service, cleanliness, spa facilities and breakfast and view from our balcony was stunning
    Cons: Parking at 30/night is a bit pricey but to know the car is secure in the city was still so worth jt.
