    Pros: It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. It seems like it is a family business. All staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast wasnt rich but quite enough and tasty. I highly recommend this place to stay

    Pros: It may not be in a very central place, but it pleases from all sides. We left with very good impressions. Clean and spacious rooms, above-standard breakfast, friendly staff. Giovanni in particular was very helpful.

    Great place for an extended stay!

    Pros: The furniture looked really new... Everything was clean and I got new coffee every day. Location is really good. I had the main central station close to me and I could walk to everything.
    Cons: The toilet made some noices the evening that was raining a lot. Water even came out. But other than that the owner and the staff were really friendly.

    Pros: The room was freshly renovated and very clean. Sheets were thick and fresh. The bathroom was bright and airy and the shower had great pressure.
    Cons: We had twin beds and they were for skinny people or people who never move in their sleep. The shower cubicle was a bit tight for a bigger person. Mosquitos in the room, we has read a review mentioning this and thought "really" but in reality there were many.

    2 Star hotel lives up to its rating

    Pros: Size of the room was very good for the cost. It was very quiet. Complimentary water, tea, instant coffee, and kettle. Near Santa Maria Novella for day trips and excursions outside of the city.
    Cons: The room had a bad smell, I assumed it was coming from the toilet/bidet/bathroom sink but it was super noticeable upon walking into the room. The shower was a good size, but it severely lacked water pressure and temperature. I had only luke warm showers during my 5 night stay, which was unfortunate considering the temperature was mild and it was raining off and on. Breakfast was lackluster for the cost. It was better to pay a few euro at the cafe across the street for a quick snack before starting the day. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood although I felt safe during my stay.

    Pros: The hotel staff and the hotel itself was great. Walking distance to all the attractions. Surrounding area is nice and felt safe. The room was enough for 3 girls and luggages.
    Cons: The main mattress was not comfortable and there was a noise in the restroom that kept us up at night.

    Pros: The staff were attentive and kind at all times. The room is extremely comfortable and beautiful, with a great bathroom and shower. Also, the location is good, close to the city center and central station. I definitely recommend this place.
