Cons: Size of the room and bed:too small. Lobby was average. Air conditioning turned into heat mode automatically and we couldnt change it.

Pros: Exceptional location with a metro station just outside and lots of tourist attractions within walking distance. Lots of great shops and restaurants on the road. Very quiet at night despite being on a busy road. The roof top bar was lovely to have a drink in with lovely views. Great service in the breakfast area.

Pros: friendly staff (but turning out to be liars at front desk) location was good with regards public transport connections & not far of main sites

Cons: *edit* bad service from front desk. We made a booking prior to departure for 1 extra night because of possible strike of airline. We made the mistake of using the wrong year (2025 instead of 2024). Upon arrival change was not possible so new booking needed directly at the hotel. Front desk confirmed that they would confirm cancellation with reduced fee (as it was booked as non-refundable since we expected not to be needing this option seen we would fly the next day). NUMEROUS communication with front desk later, they stick to charging and prefer cashing in then having returning guests. Very poor commercial thinking! Our purpose was to visit friends whom moved to Madrid and we would return on occasion. Location offers many other hotels.... Breakfast was not always efficiently organized (often missing items - ordering coffee takes time etc) but friendly staff made up for this. family room is NOT a family room but 2 rooms with a small area in front of both doors. Family rooms should be in such way that they allow the family to have a shared (seating) space

Pros: Location was excellent, very central to talk to restaurants, bars and sights and next to the metro station for easy access to explore more of the city. Breakfast was lovely. Pool terrace is great with stunning views Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: Only slight negative was the view from our room as we were on the first floor, I’d ask to be higher up next time… there are 14 floors

Pros: Fantastic location and rooftop views. Sound proofing was excellent for a room facing a busy street .

Cons: Rooms / bathrooms need a little attention to elevate the experience (example; tightening fixtures and adding more light in bathroom). With little upgrades this place has potential to be a luxury hotel as the building is so well maintained .

Pros: Exceptional Hotel, l couldn't fault a thing! The staff were fantastic, super helpful! and the room was perfect, very comfortable bed etc. Right in the heart of the town- next to the metro and near the old town. The roof terrace with pool was fab -sadly l have bad vertigo :(

Pros: It’s a really nice hotel with great location. You can just walk around the city centre and reach all the landmarks ! Adrian at the reception was really helpful and kind. We had a real great time in Madrid. We had a nice room with a view on the Spanish Square.

Cons: They didn’t have a coffee machine in the room . We only had a little kettle which wasn’t working well for making morning tea.

Pros: The location is perfect, with view on the Plaza de España. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was helpful. We had a good stay!

Cons: All in all the hotel was fine. However they should stop advertising the roof top pool as a main feature…because it’s the size of jacuzzi and it’s could. It is not a pool one could swim in…and I’m sure this disappoints a lot of their customers, like it disappointed us.

Pros: Brilliant location on the 14th floor with panoramic views. Paula on reception was very professional and friendly and gave us the best advice during our stay

Amazing hotel with perfect location...

Pros: We came for a few days to visit Madrid. The location was amazing. The hotel takes place in the center of the city. In the heart of Madrid-Plaza de Espana. On the ground floor, you will find a lounge and restaurants with amazing views. From our room, which was on the 11th floor we can see the castle and the main street. Hard to describe, better to see, in reality! Especially I want to notify the staff members. I can say that they will make everything for your comfortable stay in the hotel. During our trip, our family found out several questions about the hotel in general and transport questions. With all of this incredible reception, employee Bea helped us. Our family wants to say many thanks to her because she is a real professional and we are really glad that during our trip she was near. She also upgraded our room complication to make our trip as comfortable as possible.

Pros: Location, decor, roof bar although was closed one night, room had a good view of Plaza Espana, most importantly my daughter who I travelled with took very sick on the morning of departure, staff were very kind and allowed us to stay in room until 1pm when she had recovered somewhat from earlier that morning, also enquired after her well being upon departure so it was appreciated

Cons: Beds could have been more comfortable better bed clothes and pillows

Pros: It was in a great location, with a very popular roof terrace with stunning views of madrid. The beds were large and super comfy.

Cons: There was a smell of drains in reception. The air defusers to mask the smell were overpowering. We had to ask for supplies to be replenished daily by house keeping. No separate hair conditioner - this is essential as 2 in 1’s do not work!
