    Cons: Shower was moldy, coil spring mattress was horrible, pay to park there ( are they for real), no continental breakfast, way behind the times in amminemities. Noise in hall at 2am called front desk to report got hung up on.

    Pros: Website says early check in and late check out. I was told I could not check in until 3 pm. At check in I asked for a late check out and was told 12 noon. Starting at 830 a maid knock on the door every 30 min even after being told we had a late check out
    Cons: The desk clerks were the worst costumer service.

    Cons: Charge customers to park in front of the building. Obviously charging an extra $14.00 for parking is how they gouge their customers. Using Covid as an excuse to charge for coffee. Keep it up and all your customers will choose another location, rifle!

    Cons: The in room heater had a really bad smell. I turned it off and just let the room be cold. Also, They charge $14 per day for parking. A charge they hit you with at the end of registration.

    Loud, smoke smell, yellow stains on our towels so we weren't able to shower!

    Pros: Location, pet friendly
    Cons: The room was nice but the smell was not good. The hallways even smelt like smoke! To top it off they charged us $40.00 for my 2 Beagles but 1 is a service dog. So they've never charged for 1 of our previous stays there. Now my dogs cost as much as me to stay? I won't let that happen again.

    The stay exceeded my expectations.

    Pros: My partner is disabled. The room was completely handicapped accessible. The bathroom had a shower you can roll a wheelchair into and a bench in the shower. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. Staff was really great
    Cons: I have no complaints.

    Dont stay there. A fee to park, a fee for breakfast, rude personnel, awful beds that sagged in the middle

    Pros: Not much.
    Cons: The bed was worn out. They tried to charge us $12 to park to get back to the undiscounted price that booking.com gave us. And this is after we heard the other desk clerk that the parking fee was $4. The manager told us we didnt hear the clerk correctly. Even though we clearly heard her twice tell the other customer it was $4 parking. Then she told us we could go somewhere else to stay. It was late, dark, and wed driven in a terrible snow storm. Rude, uncalled for and I plan on putting a terrible review on Yelp

    Not recommendable

    Pros: The hotel manager was very nice and service oriented. Unfortunately, she wasn't there when I left.
    Cons: Waiting in the restaurant (which was empty) for 20 minutes without service. My room had not been cleaned on two days. And when I asked for cleaning it, towels and cleenex were missing and the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) wasn't cleaned. Mentioning this during chek-out, the person responsible answered: "I do not know what to do". Not even an apology!

    Cons: We were charged to park our vehicle in the hotel parking lot. This was not stated in the booking information and seemed like a way for the hotel to stick the customer for additional costs.
