Negative 0 Stinky filthy mess

Pros: Nothing. My experience was absolutely terrible.

Cons: The elevator was broken. When I and my family arrived to our room, it was filthy. Trash behind the dresser that the TV was sitting on. TV was really dusty. The room had a damn moldy smell to it. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The bed comforter was dirty with spots on it. There was no towels in the bathroom. The bathroom itself has not been cleaned either. Tub/shower was dirty and the sink and mirror as well. I asked for towels from the front desk and for someone to come clean our room and this was at 10:00 pm! They literally had from check out time until 10:00pm to clean my room before I checked in. It was not cleaned. I only received 2 towels and a wash cloth by the front desk lady. I had to call down to the front desk several times. I even asked them to bring me a vacuum and I would do it myself. It took 30 minutes before anybody came to vacuum our room. Another 40 minutes before we received more towels and wash cloths and a swimming pool towel for a bath mat. When the cleaning man brought them, he carried them on his head! Very very poor service at this establishment. I asked for my money back and a supervisor name and number. My family and I cleaned the tub and sink n mirror ourselves!

Cons: That I was charged twice.. at first my card was attempted to be charged for incendiary fees for $200 then was charged for $100.. I complained then apologized after seeing it was pending. Then realized it was taken completely off my card yesterday.

Cons: Awful experience. Our rooms weren’t clean. Floors dirty, sheets had blood stains, bathroom floors were dirty, no wash clothes in the room. Tables and chairs were really dirty too. Urg!!!! Then there was no front desk in morning. We tried to call the operator phone but was busy for 45 minutes and no one was ever around. Breajfast sucked too. Will never go to another days inn and never will recommend.

Bed bug!

Cons: In the middle of night one of us got bit by a bed bug. Our room phone did not work at all. I uses my cell phone to call the front office and no answer so my baby and I got dressed and went to the front office and not a soul in sight. I kept paging and walkie talkie they used was on the charger. We went back to our room and I called over and over. Finally, a guy answered and said okay I'll come up. 20 minutes later, he's a no show, so I called again, and the front office says he's waiting on housekeeping. No one ever came. We got ready packed up our stuff to check out and we get to the front desk and no one is there again. I left a note and the bed bug we found on the counter. Worse hotel stay ever.
