Pros: location

Cons: terrible hotel, room dirty, carpet with holes, they rent some room to a construction team, so they made noise all night, didn't respect other guests, breakfast it's a bagel or wafle. terrible, the bathroom, shower broken, so. a nightmare

It's an ok stay for...

Pros: Location was good and I liked that I was able to get my special requests but I had to ask for them again at the desk because she put us upstairs and i requested to be downstairs because I had an older lady that couldn't go up stairs. I also liked that I could have my four legged children without prejudice.

Cons: There was nothing but a little bit of cereal, no orange juice or apple juice. The coffee was ok. I didn't try the waffle maker or even see if there was waffle mix. No hot breakfast. We had to walk to waffle house to eat a hot breakfast. Parking is very limited for people who have moving trucks...very small

Pros: Office was clean, breakfast only waffles but my kids love waffles. Beds were comfy. & very cold air.

Cons: The front desk clerk was quite unprofessional. We asked for extra towels. She said if we wanted more, we could track down the housekeeper to get some. She was dressed in a crop top and short shorts. The bathroom door didn't close either

Cons: First let me say we did not stay...once seeing the room we immediately checked out. The staff wasn't helpful or friendly. The room had a strange smell and the shower had black mold in it. Oh and the pool was not available and it hasn't been all year!

Pros: hotel need to improve their rooms equipment, some are not work, the doors can't open and bathroom sink not work.

Pros: Mattress was comfortable with a lot of pillows.

Cons: Cold water in the bathroom. They reset the boiler to get hot water. NO swimming pool as advertised! The refrigerator was freezing anything that I put inside. Apples were not fresh, and orange juice was a problem. Noise was loud from the upstairs and the gas station. People hanging out in the parking lot smoking most of the night. Didn't feel safe.

Apples were not fresh, and orange juice was a problem. Noise was loud from the upstairs and the gas station. People hanging out in the parking lot smoking most of the night. Didn't feel safe.

Friendly helpful staff who are quick to serve.

Pros: Close to the horse park and a quick drive to Red Mile. The breakfast choices offered were terrific. (Waffles, cereals, juices, bagels, toast, yogurts, etc.) The hotel next door does not offer any food for their higher rates. This hotel property was being updated at the time but, no noise or inconvience.

Cons: It was dirty. The door was warped and falling apart. The shower was so dirty I did not use it. The refrigerated was at a slant and the cabinet housing it looked like it was falling apart.

Cons: Where do I start! First walk in the room it reeks of freshener like they are disguising an odor. The mini fridge was nasty, had to ask housekeeper to come clean it. The floor is dirty.Dont wear white socks they will be black. The bedding was stained. The bathroom we didn't notice until we went to take shower had pubic hairs in it and the faucet handle could be pulled out of wall. Mold everywhere on shower trim. Headboards we noticed when we laid down hand nasty stained handprints on them. The room was not up to par. I clean for a resort back home and if I did or lack of doing to this room I would have been fired. I would have fired myself. After traveling for so long and if it wasnt late we would have requested money back and left. People letting their 3 yr olds at 12am run up and down the sidewalk pulling on door handles. Think they lived there. The health department needs to make a visit and the place needs to be condemned. Don't waste time or money!!
