Pros: THE LOCATION WAS GOOD

Cons: THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. THE CEILING LOOKED LIKE IT HAD MOLD. THE TV, REFRIGERATOR, AND PHONE DID NOT WORK. THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS DIRTY. THE BATHROOM LOOKED TERRIBLE.

Pros: I liked nothing. Barking dogs. Zero effort by staff to help. When I complained of barking the staff accused me of being drunk. Somehow that had something to do with the barking dogs. After 6 hours I was given a new room. I went to sleep and woke to a very cold room at 2am. Found the room heater un plugged and plugged it into an uncovered unsafe loose wall outlet. The heater was so out of repair that it would not work. I called the staff to complain. They said they would come in 10 minutes. After an hour I called again and they came right over. The staff came in and first thing he says is you didn’t turn it on. You can’t make this kind of stupid up. So he did finally get the heater to push out hot air after 5-10 minutes or so and starts to leave. The guys looks back at me while going out to the 33 degree air and says to me that my room was warm enough. Never any apology’s. I started to ask for my money back at checkout but the same individual looked so confused and I gave up and asked for a receipt. He refused me a paper receipt and said he sent me an email. What he sent me was my reservation. I would never stay there is I had any other choice. The single person rooms were disgusting. The shower was multi color of repair.

Cons: The room they put me in had no refrigerator had no microwave and they made me give them a $50 security posit that I still haven’t got back when I called up to the office and told him about it they said yes some of their rooms was that way then why did I have a deposit and they’re not answering the phone

Cons: They did not have my reservation nor confirmation number. They charged me more than my booking price. The room was not ready because the cleaning staff didn't show up for work. They recorded my pin number with a camera and reported it to me after the transaction to prove he had it.

Pros: I went with a cheap accommodations and it was a no frills motel. It was clean and sinks and showers worked very well.

Cons: Price (not worth price), flat pillows - we could use more pillows to make it thicker, bed on wheels??. Everytime we sit, bed moves or if I wanted to sit up against my back, bed rolls away. Unable to sit up to watch TV. Did see 1 roach. 1 stink bug.

Pros: With then 25 minutes of being there seen roach in the room, told staff he didn't even care. Just asked if I killed it
