Pros: The room was quite clean and the beds were comfy.

Cons: The TV did not work well had to call the maintenance man to try and fix, but I fixed it. No refrigerator or microwave. The location as well was by a busy roadway very noisy.

Pros: My Husband and I checked in late Friday night which was February 16. We were there for a marriage conference. We have 5 kiddos and really were looking forward to a quite get away. We got into our room and the TV wouldn’t come on or the air conditioner Unit. The air conditioner wouldn’t work, the bathtub filled up when we took a shower and wouldn’t drain. Because we had to leave the window open, it was so noisy all night long with cars racing down the road and yelling outside of our window. Also, the refrigerator didn’t work wasn’t keeping anything cold. We called the front desk they sent a gentleman up. He couldn’t figure out the TV so he said that we could talk to a manager in the morning. We went first thing in the morning talk to a lady Irene, who was a manager not a manager, but very pleasant to deal with, and she could only do so much , there was also a lot of noise going on in the hallways and the people above us were stomping until all hours of the night. Oh and people were running down the hall banging on the doors. The first night was a horrible night sleep the second night was better because Irene turned in everything that needed to be fixed, was more comfortable, but still noisy. People were still running down the halls late at night. I really think that our first night should’ve been comped because we were there for a marriage conference and we were at the conference so exhausted from lack of sleep on Friday night. It was such a bummer. I think our first night should have been refunded.

Cons: The room…. Only thing that worked was the bed and toilet the first night.

Pros: The beds were comfortable

Cons: We checked in keys didn’t work. The lady at the front desk tried to change batteries on card reader. Still didn’t work. The maintenance person came and he was stoned and smelled like marijuana. Couldn’t fix the problem. The pool/jacuzzi speed so bad like it is not taken care of we couldn’t even use the facility.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the yellow chairs are cool

Cons: The first room had a backed up sink. Second room had a stopped up sink, and half the rooms electricity wasn't working initially. I had to fiddle with the outlet to get things to work that felt unsafe in its own.
