Very bad. Will not return....

Pros: The New manager lady was nice. She tried to do all she could to make things happen even working outside her standard work hours. She was not provided the assets she needed to service the guest.

Cons: No breakfast, lack of funding. Constant water leaks and running water in many of the hotel rooms. The swimming pool had to be drained and remained closed all of the 10 days of my stay. I learned the previous owner housed his entire family in the first-floor rooms and did not maintain the hotel to standard. RAN IT IN THE GROUND FOR PROFIT.

Pros: Location to freeway and shopping was convenient.

Cons: Strong overwhelming smell of chlorine upon arrival. Room had unclean musty smell. Stains on furniture, walls, curtains, and bedding. Multiple places in the room in need of repairs (holes in walls, window wouldn't shut, shower curtain rod getting ready to collapse, light switch taped in off position). Stairways have stains on the floor and spider webs hanging from above. Front desk staff were away from the desk playing video games while I was attempting to check out the following morning.

Cons: Tweekers outside, several abandoned cars in the parking lot, didn't even check in because we didn't feel safe. Requesting a refund

Pros: The owner was a complete prik. He treated my husband like trash!!! Belittled him in front of other guests and was unspeakably rude and discusting!!!

OVERLY DISAPPOINTED.

Pros: The front desk lady was very kind. She had clearly had a really hard day of being yelled at by other unhappy guests but remained composed. Also the location was convenient for the cheer competition we were in town for. I wish there were more positives, it's really an unfortunate experience.

Cons: Our room was a horrible. There were someone else's dirty underwear left in the room. The fridge didn't work, the furnature looked like it had been chewed on. There was no smoke detector. The whole place smelled awful like an entire bottle of fabulouso was spilled and wasn't cleaned up but it masked the smell of disarray. One of our beds was also missing a leg so it was unstable. The pool was out of order, and there was no breakfast as advertised. Had everything else in the area not been sold out, we absolutely would have asked for our money back and found other accommodations.

Cons: Mold in the bathroom, hair in the bed, breakfast consisted of Little Debbie type cupcakes and mini muffins, yogurt, tang and yoo-hoo to drink , although there was coffee but no creamers and had a little tangerine.... That's what they were calling breakfast! Then they had two vending machines with one having nothing in it and the other having what look like chips but God only knows how old they were!

I chose this hotel because...

Pros: Clean room and quiet. Location was excellent. The bed was very comforable. Coffee in room and fridge and microwave.

Cons: No soap or shampoo in the bathrom but got it from the front desk. Just had to ask. Breakfast was minimal and not served at all my first morning.

Will not be staying there...

Cons: Room smelled, TV didn't work too good (Screen kept freezing every 5 seconds), shower curtain rod was installed at an angle so the curtains didn't stay closed. Complimentary breakfast was a tray of small yogurts and a tray of cupcakes.

Cons: Staff were creepy, would follow us when we would walk outside and lean against a car watching us then follow back inside. The customer service was horrible, they were rude, we had some miscommunication before arrival about the pricing, instead of helping us find a solution we were met with refusal to work with us, once we figured it out and paid, staff seemed annoyed we decided to stay. Upon entering the room we noticed several areas that were dirty that we noted. There was an ice bucket but a non working ice machine. Empty vending machines. "Breakfast" was a pot of coffee and juice. The pool and hottub had things floating so we didn't even attempt to go in. In the morning we heard a staff member arguing with a woman in the hallway of the 2nd floor. I will never return and will make sure to not allow anyone I know to stay here. Had there been better customer service we might have been more understanding, but when 2 grown women have to make sure to lock the door inside their room because the staff were following them around all day, It's not a hotel I will stay in again.
