    Disappointing

    Disappointing

    Cons: The common areas were dirty and not very inviting. Floors were sticky and the guest kitchen was lacking basic equipment for cooking. We had to ask several times to get a chopping board there. Also, dishwashing soap ran out and the staff didn't bring more, though we asked. Most of the staff were rude and lacked skills for customer service. During the weekend it was extremely noisy and voices from other rooms carried through walls.

    Great value - nothing extraordinary

    Pros: The price is great and it is located as central as it could be.
    Cons: Everything felt clean, but the bathroom did feel a bit used with dark spots some places. Probably from humidity. It did not fell unhygienic or anything. Check-in times and the open hours of the reception are very limited, so that is something to keep in mind. But given the price of the stay, it makes sense.

    Pros: Nothing good to say
    Cons: Check-in is difficult after 6PM, the procedure was difficult and we needed some tries to open the door. The reception was closed, everything was quite dirty and you needed to pay extra money for the sheets and towels. If you arrive after 6 PM they don't ask you if you need it. They sent me thousands of emails with information that I didn't need. The place is terrible and expensive. It was my first bad experience with Booking. Terrible.

    Pros: Near downtown
    Cons: Parking in Odense is difficult and expensive if you are a foreign but the staff can help you a lot to save maney so it's better to call them before the arrival

    Pros: Not much good to say...the location was decent
    Cons: The room was too small for us. Bunk beds are too small for me. Tribble noise until 01:00 due to a festival across the street. Even after the festival ended, there were shouting from outside and we felt unsecure. As a bonus - we got a DKK875 parking ticket when unloading the suitcases from the car :(

    Cons: There's a window restrictor and I couldn't find a way to release it the first night, so I could only open the window 2 cm, but I messaged the hostel and the next day they sent someone to help me The street is noisy, bring earplugs

    Pros: The localisation, the kitchen and the room! The attentiveness of the receptionist who called us before our arrival to inform us about the instructions for the arrival after the closure of the reception. Even if I haven't received her email
