    Great place to stay in BMT

    Pros: Easy to talk to the staff. All our requests were granted. If there's a problem, they sent someone immediately to fix it. The place is dated, but spotless. Gym is good. Pool is good. Staff are helpful and not over eager. They pay attention to detail. I will stay here again if given the chance to revisit BMT.
    Cons: Some of the light fixtures are not working. Fridge not working, remote not working, bathroom air vent not working. Fridge, and remote were replaced. Light fixtures could have been checked before we arrived. Limited choices with food, and it was laid out as buffet even if there were only 6 people staying in the hotel.. they could have served breakfast in the room instead of serving buffet.

    Not worth the money, quality should have been better!

    Pros: The only thing good was the receptionist lady, very friendly and helpful.
    Cons: Location is far from centre of the city. Guidance to zone B is really horrible. Poor breakfast. Equipments in the bathroom is a huge disappointment. With the same price can definitely get very much better hotel in other cities like Da Lat, Nha Trang or anywhere else in Vietnam.
