    Poor

    Uncomfortable

    Pros: Location Parking
    Cons: The double bed was against the wall leaving only one side for entry in and out of the bed. Very difficult for two elderly people with mobility issues. The room was very small poorly laid out and not suitable in size for a double bed. We were eventually moved to a different room but it took over an hour to sort things out.

    Pros: Very central
    Cons: No pre warning of how to get into hotel. No frontage at grand lvl except lift lobby. Need to drive into m/storey car park around the back to find 3 floor n then get up to 6 flr lobby reception with luggage in tow. Car park convenient but pay single entry,/exit per day at 660 yen. Breakfast is at cafe restt at grand lvl just outside left. H/ever, was better than average or expectation. Room n bathroom small but kept very clean. Only 2 pillows for a double room n mattress was hard/ already compressed. Needs replacementGood supply of toiletries.

    Nearby Mito station, location and service were good.

    Pros: The location is really nearby Mito station. The breakfast is also fine. The hotel stuff was also friendly and helpful.
    Cons: The room is a bit outdated however it was clean. Just for one night to stay, it was really fine.
